Honestly? We love Grillo’s collaborative spirit. Yes, its collabs can frequently result in some pretty wild food products, but we kinda dig that the brand will turn its hand to any food out there in pursuit of peddling its pickles (now, how’s that for alliteration?). 2026 has been a particularly hectic year for Grillo’s collabs: We’ve had pickle beer with PBR, pickle smoothies with Smoothie King, and hot pickle butter with PopUp Bagels.

And if you thought Grillo’s was done there…no, no, it’s just getting started! The brand is rolling up its sleeves, clearing its throat, and stepping forward with another collaboration. This time, we’re getting pickle crackers.
Firehook Crackers x Grillo’s
Firehook Crackers has just announced its new Firehook x Grillo’s Dill Pickle Crackers. And they are…exactly what they sound like! Well, actually, a bit of clarification: They’re not dehydrated pickle chips or anything like that. Instead, they start with Firehook’s artisan cracker base and then infuse vinegar, dill, and garlic into the mix.
Given how well dill pickle potato chips have done in recent years, we quietly expect these to be a hit. After all, there’s no risk of weird clashes here; as far as Grillo’s collabs go, this one almost feels conservative. Firehook, though, is leading with the promise of big flavors here. “Pickles are having a major moment right now, and for good reason — that bold, briny punch is utterly addictive,” says Firehook Crackers CEO Maura Mottolese in the company’s press release. “Pair it with our artisan crunch and suddenly you can’t stop reaching into the box.” Given that this product’s been in development for over a year, we have high hopes.
Where Can I Get Them?
The best way to find this out is probably by checking Firehook’s website and its Store Locator for a retailer that stocks it near you. Firehook products are stocked in major supermarkets like Target, Whole Foods Market, Publix, and Kroger (as well as on Amazon) – but this is a limited-edition product, so availability might be a little more limited.
They are available from July onwards, though, so if they’re not somewhere near you soon, they may be popping up in the next week or two. Firehook x Grillo’s Dill Pickle Crackers will only be available while supplies last. Get that crunch before it’s gone.
