Hot Pockets Has Finally Revealed Its Full Snack Breaks Line

Remember when we talked about Hot Pockets back in April? Remember when we discussed how it was bringing out a new Gooey Apple Pie flavor? Remember how we all digested that news, stroking our chins, going “hmm, I wonder whether Hot Pockets will expand the line that this new flavor comes in, to incorporate more savory options, and whether it will eventually announce all of these in a press release, maybe in the early summer”?

We all definitely did that, right? Well, thank god we weren’t just practising wishful thinking! Hot Pockets has just announced its full Snack Breaks line. And we wanna talk about it.

Hot Pockets Snack Breaks

Nestlé USA announced the official arrival of Hot Pockets Snack Breaks last week, and it seems as though it’s very much aiming this new line at an audience that is interested in more left-field, unique flavor combinations – well, as far as this kind of snack goes, at least. “We know people want more from their snacks, so we reimagined sweet and salty favorites – like gooey apple pie and cheddar crackers – into warm, flavor-packed bites ready in minutes,” said Hot Pockets’ brand manager Amy Goldsmith in a press release. “New Hot Pockets Snack Breaks deliver a knockout punch of flavor and texture, perfect for anytime snacking, morning, noon, or night.”

There are five new flavors to choose from, and they are:

• Gooey Apple Pie: We started with this one back in April, so it’s only right that we start with it here. Spiced apples in a cinnamon sugar sauce, with a cinnamon sugar crust encasing everything. Hot Pockets is promoting this one in tandem with the big 250 of July 4 next month, and it’ll have limited-edition packaging to show for it.
• Ultimate Cheddar: Two cheese alert! The Ultimate Cheddar flavor has a blend of classic and reduced fat cheeses, with a savory cheese sauce mixed in for good measure. The outside has a cheddar cracker crust.  
• Spicy Jalapeño Popper: Hot Pockets says this one is “all the scorching heat of a jalapeño popper, with none of the mess.” Jalapeños, cream cheese, reduced fat cheeses, all in a pretzel crust.
• Melty Nacho Beef: Beef crumbles, nacho seasoning, and reduced-fat cheese all come to play here, in a corn chip-style crust. 
• Cheesy Stuffed Pretzel with Bacon: And finally! Bacon and cheese mix together in a perfect little pocket, with a pretzel crust.

Hot Pockets Snack Breaks are landing in stores in July of this year, and they’ll be available in stores nationwide. You can get them in a four-pack, which will retail at around $5.49, or buy them individually for $1.79. The Gooey Apple Pie option, though, has come out slightly earlier and is in stores right now.
