With that in mind, Jell-O and Milk Bar are teaming up to create two limited-edition cookies. Yes, you read that right. You’ll be able to get your hands on a Banana Pudding Cookie and a Salted Butterscotch Pudding Cookie—both of which feature Jell-O pudding mix incorporated into the dough before baking. If you’re anything like me, the words “pudding cookie” are probably enough to get your attention.

Here’s a bit more on the two limited-edition cookies:

• Banana Pudding Cookie: Made with Jell-O Banana Cream Pudding Mix for a rich, unmistakable banana flavor and soft, fudgy center. In other words, this sounds like banana pudding in cookie form, which is exactly the kind of dessert mash-up I can get behind.

• Salted Butterscotch Pudding Cookie: Made with Jell-O Butterscotch Pudding Mix, balancing rich butterscotch flavor with a touch of salt. The sweet-and-salty combo is a classic for a reason, and butterscotch plus a little salt sounds like a pretty irresistible pairing.
