Keith Habersberger’s Controversial Dessert (and the Best Way to Try It at Home)

You might know Keith Habersberger from The Try Guys or his line of not too hot hot sauces, but I know him from his extremely controversial dessert opinion that he told me about when we met at VidCon.

While upsetting and bizarre to some, we bonded over the fact that I agree with his scalding hot take about the final portion of dinner. If you don’t like it, don’t do it! But Keith and I will be here practicing our beliefs in anti-dessert dessert.

Keith Habersberger’s Controversial Dessert

“Dessert is overrated.” It’s one of the first things Keith told me during our interview. According to him, it’s his hottest take when it comes to food.

Keith firmly believes that every dessert menu should have the option to order a single chicken tender in addition to gelato and souffle. It’s “for those of us that want a little more dinner,” says Keith. I get it. Sometimes I don’t need a chocolate mousse or want cheesecake. I just want something else savory.

Are you like Keith (and me) and just want more dinner for your dessert? Try (Guys) one of Foster Farms Crispy Chicken Strips! They’re crunchy, salty, and the perfect size. They’re not too big or too small. They’re just right. While they’d be good any time of day, try enjoying one of these tenders after a full meal for optimum deliciousness.
