My diet is complicated and complex. It’s a science. I start the day with a protein shake, I count my macros (HA, JK), I get to work, fill up my water bottle, and notice some Cheez-Its in the snack drawer. I eat those, suck down a Red Bull, buy In-N-Out on the way home, and did I mention that snacking is my favorite evening activity?
