Little Debbie Just Dropped Its Summer Snack Cake Collection

You wouldn’t expect Little Debbie to miss out on the Fourth of July, would you? Of course you wouldn’t – it hasn’t missed out on anything else this year. The snack brand has been on an unstoppable roll in the last few months, covering virtually all the major dates in the calendar (like Mother’s Day) and more generally pumping out products left, right, and center. See its new soft-baked cookies, its all-new donut, and its new peanut butter spreads for proof that we’re not just blowing hot air here. Little Debbie really has been busy.

Now, it’s getting even busier. It’s just released its summer snack cake collection, and in keeping with the fact that this year is the 250th anniversary of the USA, it all feels very patriotic. Here’s what’s on offer.

Red, White And Blue

Little Debbie’s new snack cake collection was confirmed by @markie_devo and is also now available on its website. We’ve got seven classic “new” items, which are new by virtue of the fact that every single one is decorated with red, white and blue, in various different forms. They are:

• Red, White And Blue Brownies: A classic brownie covered in a red, white and blue frosted topping. Think white frosting, red red stripes, and blue star sprinkles.
• Red, White And Blue Cakes: Two different varieties (yellow and chocolate) of sponge cake with a creme filling. Topped with – you guessed it! – red, white and blue decoration.  
• Red, White And Blue Gingerbread Soft Cookies: Gingerbread figures with a swirl of white frosting and red and blue sprinkles. 
• Red, White And Blue Mini Donuts: Mini donuts, with…what do you think, guys…yep! White frosting and red and blue sugar crystals. 
• Red, White And Blue Mini Muffins: Finally, a bit of a variation! These mini muffins have little red and blue sugar pieces baked inside of them. 
• Red, White And Blue Nutty Buddy Wafer Bars: A Classic Nutty Buddy vibe here, with the same decorations as the brownies and cakes above.

These new snacks join the abundance of patriotic foods that are coming out this year to mark the big ol’ birthday of the United States. We can expect to see them available right up until July 4.
