Food mashups have become a favorite pastime for restaurants looking to grab attention online, but every once in a while, one comes along that makes people stop scrolling and say, “Okay, I’d actually try that.” The newest creation at Logan’s Roadhouse seems to fall in that category. And if peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are your favorite, pay close attention to this.

A New Type Of Burger
Starting June 29th, Logan’s Roadhouse is officially serving its new Uncrustables Burger, a limited-time menu item that swaps traditional burger buns for two fried grape Uncrustables. Logan’s Roadhouse is no stranger to burgers, but the new Uncrustables Burger might just be one of the next best things on its menu. Whether it can go on to become a hit to the point that it stays on Logan’s menu permanently, is a discussion for another day. But as far as looks go, it’s certainly hard to ignore.
The chain introduced the new sandwich on social media with a simple message: “Our new Uncrustables Burger is exactly what it sounds like and it’s SO good. GO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!” Logan’s also noted that the burger will only be available for a limited time and while supplies last.
The video shared by the steakhouse chain shows that the sandwich is made with golden fried grape Uncrustables holding a burger patty in place of a standard bun. The combination brings together sweet peanut butter and grape jelly flavors with a savory burger, creating a mashup that looks unlike anything else currently on the menu.
A Gamble Worth Taking?
Logan’s Roadhouse already serves a variety of burgers, from its classic All American Cheeseburger to the Roadhouse Deluxe, which comes loaded with bacon, house-made barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, Brewski Onions®, and sautéed mushrooms. Guests can also order the ‘Shroom & Swiss Burger or the chain’s Original Roadies, a trio of mini steakhouse burgers served on Logan’s signature rolls. With a lineup that already leans heavily into hearty comfort food, an Uncrustables Burger somehow doesn’t feel completely out of place.
Swapping a traditional bun for two fried grape Uncrustables is a bold move. The sweet-and-savory mashup may not be for everyone, but it certainly stands out among Logan’s existing burger offerings. And since the item is only available for a limited time, curious diners may want to give it a try before it disappears from the menu.
