You never know what you’re going to find when you walk through Aldi’s automatic sliding glass doors. Lots of bargains, sure, but each and every week, the discount grocery store is also stocking lots of brand-spanking-new products and weird seasonal items you have to pounce on before they disappear. This week we’re moving past Easter candy and getting into some nice springtime eats, like granola with tangy little bits of fruit, a fascinating seafood loaf (yes, seafood loaves can be fascinating), and little stuffed pancakes that’ll make breakfast a breeze. Get your quarters ready; these are the best Aldi finds of the week.

Benton’s Aussie Style Cookies (4/1; $2.89)
Aldi has brought back its budget version of Tim Tams! If you’re not familiar, they are crispy-crunchy biscuits sandwiched around a layer of creme and then draped with a chocolatey coating. We’re thankful for this one because who know what Tim Tams cost these days with tariffs to account for.
Mattigan’s Dubai Style Pistachio Cream Spread (4/1; $5.99)
Yep, the Dubai food trend is still alive and well in April 2026. Even if you’re over it, you have to admit that a creamy pistachio spread with crispy kataifi in the mix sounds pretty damn good.
Millville Strawberry Shortcake or Raspberry Lemonade Granola (4/1; $3.59)
Snow’s melting and you can actually walk outside without your face freezing up! Get those legs a-movin’ with a hike or two and bring along Aldi’s new strawberry shortcake or raspberry lemonade granola as your spring-themed fuel. Both are made with real fruit and boast 34g of whole grains per serving.
Breakfast Best Mini Stuffed Pancakes (4/1; $3.47)
These little frozen pancakes come stuffed with two different gooey fillings: maple blueberry and chocolate hazelnut. No syrup needed. And fine, I’ll admit that Nutella-stuffed things are getting overdone, but I wouldn’t turn these down, would you?
Specially Selected Frozen Salmon Wellington (4/1; $8.99)
Gordon Ramsay, you better watch your back, because Aldi is selling two new frozen Wellingtons and they sound, well, different! There’s Prawn & White Wine Salmon Wellington and Cheese & Dill Salmon Wellington. Both appear to consist of a sort of salmon loaf wrapped in puff pastry. Hey, if you don’t eat red meat, these just might scratch a certain bizarre itch!
Other stuff to keep an eye out for this month…
Estera Virgen Spanish EVOO
If you’re in the market for a Spanish extra virgin olive oil, you can now get it at Aldi. A bottle will set you back 13 bucks—a lot by Aldi standards—but if it tastes as fancy as the bottle looks, it’ll be worth the dough.
Fremont Fish Market Lobster or Crab Cakes
Aldi seems to have new crab cakes every month or so, but these lobster cakes are interesting—especially considering you get five of them for $5.
