Two New Coffee Mate Flavors Channel Classic Sweet Treats

Well, grab some coffee grounds and call me George because it looks like Coffee mate is giving us not zero, not one, but two new coffee creamers to make our mornings just a tad bit sweeter.

I’m sure you have a lot of questions. Questions such as Where? What? When? For reals? As for the what, it is a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts Coffee mate creamer and a Twix Zero Sugar Coffee mate creamer. As for the other questions, let’s find out.

When can I get my hands on these two new Coffee mate flavors, and is it tomorrow, perchance?

Unfortunately, it is not “tomorrow, perchance.” It’s frickin’ January 2023 and only for a limited time!!! WHY, COFFEE MATE? Why make us wait two-and-a-bit whole months to taste the sweet sweet elixir (I assume) that is these new flavors? Are you really our coffee “mate”? I feel like 9/10 Australians would agree that you’re kind of acting more like a coffee acquaintance. But anyway, as for the “For reals?” question, the answer is yes, and here’s what the creamers are supposed to taste like. The Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tart Coffee mate promises to channel “the popular breakfast pastry, from the frosting to the warm crust and all the filling in between,” while the Twix Coffee mate is said to taste like “notes of milk chocolate, gooey caramel, and butter cookie flavor,” according to a press release (via Parade). And yes that “milk chocolate, gooey caramel, and butter cookie flavor” will contain zero sugar. How? Now that’s a question I can’t answer. Probably some form of fake sugar, or,  you know, maybe Coffee mate is just cool that way.

As for “Where?”, the grocery store, silly! This is obviously not Coffee mate’s first new-flavor rodeo. With over 25 flavors over the years, including the most recent Nestlé Tollhouse Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie flavor and their new plant-based line, I assume they have this down to a science and their new flavors will be dank as heck (that is, as soon as we get to try them…in January).
