It looks like they’re cooking over at Crumbl HQ—quite literally, in fact. The cookie innovator is on a roll at the top of 2026, with everyone at the trendiest food company in town working overtime to advance its product line and make it a serious challenger for its competitors. In just the last few weeks, we’ve revealed that Crumbl is expanding beyond cookies by introducing doughnuts to its menu and that it’s introducing new, limited-edition cookie flavors, such as Dubai Chocolate and Strawberry Crumb Cake.
This week, though, the folks over at Snackwire have recapped everything that Crumbl’s developing on the product front. From cookie fries to cake cups, here’s everything they’re trying out.
Cake Cups (and Regular Cakes) Are Leading the Pack
Crumbl’s Cookie Butter Cake Cup is arguably the most eye-catching of its new test products. Somewhere between a mini Victoria sponge, a trifle, and a pudding cup, this dessert stacks up layers of vanilla cake and cookie butter mousse, drizzles it with more cookie butter, and tops it with cookie pieces and a wedge of Biscoff. Crumbl’s also riding the Dubai chocolate wave even further with its Dubai Strawberry Cup, which layers pistachio cream, spun pastry dough, strawberries, and chocolate into one spoonable package.
Elsewhere, Crumbl’s looking to expand its cake line. Its Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake is kinda exactly what it sounds like: A cheesecake that tastes like cake batter, with sprinkles mixed through, baked on a base of buttery crust, and topped with whipped cream. A S’Mores Icebox Cake, meanwhile, combines layers of graham cracker crust with marshmallow whip and chocolate ganache.
Oh, and it’s also developing a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake, which sandwiches creamy mousse between premade chocolate chip cookie dough patties, topping it with chocolate. Yuuuum.
Bars, Cookies, and Cookie Fries Are Also in Development
One product we’re very excited about is Crumbl’s new Chocolate Chip Cookie Fries. To be honest, there doesn’t seem to be a lot that’s new about this dessert, other than the fact that it’s transformed its cookies into an oblong shape—but that in itself is enough to thrill us. Call us old-fashioned. The chocolate dip that is due to come with the cookie fries is pretty exciting, too.
Crumbl’s also developing an Ube Stuffed Cheesecake Cookie, with word on the grapevine saying that it’ll drop around April time. This exciting new flavor stuffs a cheesecake filling into an ube cookie dough, and it’s sure to be the talk of the town when it arrives. It kinda already is, to be honest—this one’s already inspired a host of viral imitations, which we’re pretty desperate to try.
Finally, the dessert company is trying out a Millionaire Bar, its version of millionaire shortbread, and its Strawberries and Cream Donut looks to be pulling ahead at full steam. We’re not sure yet which of its products will drop first, but honestly, we’re already salivating.
