New Halloween Kit Kats Are Out Already—and You Can “Count” Us in!

Kit Kat just released new Count Dracula-shaped KitKats, just in time for (checks calendar), well, it’s not exactly Halloween season yet—but is there ever a bad time for Kit Kats shaped like vampires? (The answer is no.) Read on to find out more about this new Kit Kat shape. 

Do the new Kit Kat Counts taste any different from regular Kit Kats?

By all accounts, the Kit Kat Counts are the same classic treat: crisp wafers coated in milk chocolate. It’s your standard Kit Kat, just shaped like a Count (aka a Dracula aka a vampire). 

Has Kit Kat made festive shapes before?

Kit Kat has offered festive shapes before, including Santa Claus Kit Kats and Teddy Bear Kit Kats. And, it actually looks like they’ve made vampire Kit Kats before, too. A quick search reveals that a mixed pack of Scary Friends Kit Kats has been sold in Canada. The mixed pack included Kit Kats shaped like Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, bats, witches, and mummies.

The new Kit Kat Counts looks a bit like the Dracula Kit Kats in the Scary Friends mix, but not exactly. So, these are still new Kit Kats! 

The new Kit Kat Counts come in three different “scary” package designs. And they’re individually wrapped, making them perfect for handing out to trick-or-treaters.

Where can you find new Kit Kat Counts?

These new Kit Kats have already been spotted at Walmart and are rolling out at stores nationwide—but only for a limited time. I’m grabbing my bags now, before Halloween price hikes kick in.
