Sprite Chill might be one of my favorite soda success stories in recent memory. What started as a fantastic limited-time variant has blown up into a permanent flavor along with sub-variants like last year’s Walmart-exclusive Strawberry Kiwi and inclusion in Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. (That last one snuck up on me; Coca-Cola quietly started offering “Chill cartridges” to Freestyle operators sometime this year.)
The train isn’t stopping in 2026. We’ve gotten word that a brand new Sprite Chill variant is slated to hit shelves next year—scratch that, in just a few months. Folks, get ready to meet Sprite Chill Citrus Mango.
Where did this news come from?
As always, this news comes to us from multiple separate sources who’ve proven themselves reliable. While some developments I cover are on the “rumor” end of things, this is as confirmed as it gets. Coca-Cola and/or the exclusive retailer partner for this release (more on that soon) could still pull the plug, but it’s very unlikely.
When is Sprite Chill Citrus Mango hitting shelves?
You’ll be able to find Sprite Chill Citrus Mango starting in mid-March through late May (while supplies last). Here’s the bad news: This will be a Walmart exclusive rather than a wide release. Here’s the good news: We’re getting a zero-sugar version! The full sugar version will be available in 12oz can 12-packs and 20oz bottles, while the zero-sugar version will only be available in 12oz can 12-packs. Stay tuned for further updates—including a few whispers I heard about Sprite Chill Strawberry Kiwi returning in 2026 for a limited run at retailers besides Walmart.
