Do the fine folks at Taco Bell ever rest? We’re begging you, take a day off, guys. The fast food chain is moving at a lightning pace these days, and the top of 2026 has seen it churn out new ordering options and menu items in a near-nonstop fashion. Last month, it dropped its new Luxe Value menu, featuring five new items (all of which came under $3 each). And just a few days ago, @snackolator did a nifty little roundup, reminding us once again that it still has almost twenty new goodies and treats in the works, that it’s currently testing and teasing around the country.

Now, up until this point, a lot of these items have only shown up in select markets for limited periods – so don’t be surprised if you haven’t seen (or even heard of) them yet. Regardless, here’s a breakdown of what Taco Bell’s testing, and what you could expect to see in restaurants nationwide soon.
Tacodillas, Refrescas, and Chicken Nuggets – Oh, My!
Tacodilla
Announced at Live Mas Live, this massive, grilled taco-quesadilla combo has been tested in various spots over the last year. Early response so far has been very positive, with folks on Reddit saying that it’s “amazing.” Get this into restaurants around the country, stat.
Cheesy Gordita Crunch Sliders
This smaller version of the Cheesy Gordita Crunch comes in three different flavors (beef, chicken, or steak) and has been doing the rounds in the Nashville area. We’re excited.
Crunchadilla
Coming in a sriracha chicken and a classic chicken flavor, the Crunchadilla features a crisp tortilla inside a quesadilla and was tested towards the end of last year. Early response is good. Anticipation is high.
Churro Chillers
The Churro Chiller, Taco Bell’s first shake, first debuted a few years back. After being an on-and-off limited option, it looks like the restaurant’s ready to make it permanent. With four flavors – vanilla, strawberry, caramel, and Mexican chocolate – it’s hard to go wrong.
Mexican Pizza Empanadas
Tested in Arizona in late 2025, these are exactly what they sound like: Cheesy, spicy, beefy empanadas. We’re salivatin’.
Quesocrisp Tacos
A triangular taco where the shell is made of cheese? Yep. We’re in. Coming in two flavors, these have been tested on and off for a while, and they’re likely ready to make it official.
Diablo Chicken Nuggets
Crunchy chicken nuggets coated in Diablo seasoning, these were recently tested in the Minneapolis area. Are they about to go mainstream?
Dream Refrescas
Strawberry and Pineapple Mango refreshers, with freeze-dried fruit and a touch of vanilla creamer. Perfect for summer. Or winter. Or any time.
$3 Queso Lineup
A value-focused pair of items, a chicken queso burrito and queso and chips, were both recently tested. Both will (hopefully) cost $3.
Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Sliders
Mini chicken crunchwraps, with your choice of either sriracha chile or creamy chipotle sauce. Perfect lil’ bites, and probably better than your homemade crunchwrap.
Cantina Fajitas Menu
Tested in Dallas, this new menu includes a Cantina Fajita Bowl, Cantina Fajita Grilled Soft Taco, Cantina Fajita Grilled Cheese Burrito, and Cantina Fajita Quesadilla. These options all stuff fajita onions and peppers into each menu item, for a burst of smoky freshness.
Which ones are you excited about? ‘Cos honestly, we’d love all of them right now.
