Here’s What’s Coming to Trader Joe’s this February

February may be the shortest month of the year, but it’s packed with activity. The Super Bowl! The Olympics! Valentine’s Day! The day after Valentine’s Day when all the candy is on sale! And, of course, new Trader Joe’s items.

From football favorites like wings and nachos to decadent “treat yourself” Valentine’s dinners, February sets a high bar for food. Luckily, Trader Joe’s is stocked with new products. Here are six new Trader Joe’s foods we’re especially excited about finding in February: 

Cookies N’ Cream Mini Sheet Cake 

Looking for #relationshipgoals this month? Look no further than this storm of cookies and cream, cake and frosting. Us, this dessert, and a favorite beverage. What? There’s room in our marriage for three. 

Stuffed Peppers 

Sometimes we get jealous of self-contained foods like this because they’re so much better than us at holding themselves together. But it’s easy to forgive and forget in the presence of such a delicious mix of ground beef, rice, tomato sauce, and cheese. All that in a little bell pepper boat? Row, row, row on into our bellies. 

Honey Goat Milk Cheese 

The tang of goat cheese, the sweetness of honey, and the kick of red pepper flakes and habanero pepper powder all come together in your secret weapon to making the best game day spread around. Pita chips, meet your new best friend. You folks will make a great team.  

Jubilant Sprinkle Cookies 

Just like February, these cookies are small but mighty! Treat yourself to a little joy with these cookies shaped like little ice cream cones, presents, rainbows, and other cliché crap (which we say with love). They taste like birthday cake and are decorated with rainbow sprinkles, so feed your inner child a bit and give yourself a darn hug. You deserve it! 

Spicy Alfredo Fusilloni Pasta 

Italy meets Korea in this creamy gochujang pasta. Is it an exciting mashup? Yes. Is it delicious? Absolutely. Will it bring world peace? It’s gotta. Someone get the U.N. on the phone. 

Onion Flowers

Real flowers? Trigger allergic reactions. Attract bees. Die soon. Onion flowers? Delicious. Easy to prepare. Keep for weeks in the freezer. We don’t really see a competition here, do you?
