Every Nothing Bundt Cakes Flavor Coming This Spring

Nothing Bundt Cakes has been on a hot streak recently. From last fall’s scale-topping OREO/Reese’s Triple Treat to the Biscoff Cookie Butter cake I tried just a few weeks ago, the brand has put out multiple all-timer recipes in a row. Our favorite bundt-cakery isn’t resting on those laurels; we just got word of the next three cake innovations hitting bakeries nationwide. Let’s go through these upcoming desserts in order of how quickly we’ll be able to shove them into our faces.

Chocolate Raspberry Heart Made with DOVE

First off, we have Nothing Bundt Cakes’ contribution to your “let’s just stay in” Valentine’s Day dinner. This raspberry purée-filled chocolate cake is topped with N.B.C.’s classic waterfall of cream cheese frosting, an extra drizzling of raspberry syrup, and a Dove Chocolate Heart to really bring the theme together. This is exclusive to the brand’s Bundtlet size, perfect for two people to share. You can get this cake while supplies last from February 2nd through the 15th.

Banana Pudding Cake

Right after Valentine’s Day, we’ll get the return of a cake I’m guaranteed to love: Banana Pudding. This Southern dream of a cake is made with real banana purée and Mini Nilla Wafers. Instead of cream cheese frosting, this cake features a filled core and waterfall drizzle of creamy vanilla pudding. Luckily for all of us, this cake will be available in all three cake sizes produced by Nothing Bundt Cakes: full-sized cakes, Bundtlets, and bite-sized Bundtinis. We’ll all be snacking on this cake the longest too, since it’ll be available for nearly two months: February 15th through April 5th.

Dubai Chocolate Cake

Finally, we have another limited-release cake tackling one of 2025’s biggest flavor trends: Dubai Chocolate. The brand’s existing Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake will be packed with pistachio cream and shredded phyllo, then topped with a fantastic chocolate ganache frosting and gold sprinkles. Nothing Bundt Cakes took their time innovating their take on this concept, but we won’t have to wait much longer to try it; this luxurious cake (exclusive to the Bundtlet format) will be available March 2nd through 15th while supplies last.
