If we told you that Pepsi’s been busy recently, would you be surprised? We think not! Pepsi (and behind it, PepsiCo) is ALWAYS busy, and 2026 has been no different for the brand. In the last few months, we’ve seen a veritable flurry – a flurry, I say! – of news coming out about Pepsi products and advancements to its service model, from its revival of the Cola War with its new mini bottles, to its new Dubai chocolate flavor (which launched in Thailand), to its House of Treats platform. The common thread through all of these is that they concerned…drinks.

Well, as you’d expect them to, right? Pepsi’s a drink brand. Which is why its latest product might be its strangest yet – because you’re not meant to drink it at all. In fact, it should go absolutely nowhere near your mouth.

Pepsi x Glamlite’s Body Care Collection

As Allrecipes reported last week, Pepsi has just teamed up with Glamlite, a cosmetics brand that specializes in imbuing its products with food flavors. In Pepsi, they’ve found maybe their biggest collaborator yet. The duo is releasing a Glamlite x Pepsi Wild Cherry Body Wash and a Vanilla Slushie Body Scrub, both of which are imbued with the drink’s respective flavors (we say flavors, but really, we mean scents; don’t try to glug these down). Both items are available on Glamlite’s TikTok Shop, where they’ll cost $12.

This combination of body care products and food or drink flavors is nothing new, and we’ve seen a lot of it happening in 2026. Olipop’s collaboration with Spacecamp felt closest to Pepsi and Glamlite’s team-up, with the soda brand launching a quartet of lip balms inspired by its flavors. Pepsi’s foray into what we’re calling the “shower space,” though, feels like the biggest entry from a food brand yet – and maybe it signals that there’s untapped potential in the cosmetics world for these companies. If that’s the case, expect to see more of these kinds of products coming your way.

An Insatiable Appetite

Glamlite’s announcement of its Pepsi collaboration was received warmly by customers and fans online. Over on the Instagram post revealing its Wild Cherry Body Wash, people were thrilled by the idea of bathing in Pepsi, with people highlighting the brand’s use of its cherry flavor as a canny move. This one will go fast; we just know it.

Personally, I’m not…blown away by the prospect. I can’t help but think I’d feel a bit like my skin was covered in sugar afterward, even though I know that’s not what would actually happen (and given that this body wash contains brightening niacinamide, shea butter, and a pH-balanced formula, it’ll probably leave you feeling pretty good). Different strokes for different folks, etc.
