Look, if you don’t like keto bagels, I get it. It’s natural to view them with suspicion, and with the sense that they’re a standard bagel’s lesser cousin. But this is 2026, and there are some good keto bagels out there – and whether you’re getting them because you’re following a keto diet, or you just want to see why on earth someone would eat a traditionally carby foodstuff that’s been transformed into a carbless wonder, you’ll probably want to go for the best.

Perhaps, then, you should put Sola in your cart. We’re a big fan of Sola’s bagels, and of the offshoot products it makes of them; early this year, it dropped its new Sola Bites, which turn its bagels into spherical, high-protein, high-fiber form. Now, it’s got another new product to get your teeth into. 

Sola Snack Size Bagels

Sola has just announced the launch of its Snack Size Bagels, which come in two varieties. These mini bagels are as high-protein as both its regular bagels and Sola Bites, with up to 15 grams per serving, along with no sugar, low net carbs, and prebiotic fiber. Each bagel also has all nine essential amino acids, for anyone who’s concerned that these are all bark (or bagel) and no bite. Oh, and they’re made with avocado oil, too.

As for the varieties on offer, Sola Snack Size Bagels come in Blu-Berry and Chocolatey Chip flavors. So, perhaps not suited for savory purposes, but for sweet-savory? Oh, yeah, now we’re talking. Maybe some sharp feta in the Blu-Berry flavor, or some cream cheese and bacon in the Chocolatey Chip one? Maybe a slice of cheddar and some potato chips in there instead? Okay, I’m getting ahead of myself; it’s clearly almost lunchtime where I am, and I should attend to that. Just note that there’s a slight protein difference between these options: Blu-Berry is the higher-protein of the two, with 15 grams per serving; Chocolatey Chip has 14 grams per serving.
