Starbucks Just Quietly Added To The Fall 2026 Menu: Here’s Everything New

Starbucks has already gone all-in on fall, but apparently the pumpkin spice season still has room for a few more treats. The coffee chain is adding a brand-new iced coffee and three mini pies to its fall menu.

Meet The Aerocano

The biggest newcomer is the Aerocano, a chilled espresso drink with a fun little trick. Starbucks makes it with Starbucks Blonde Espresso, then whips the espresso with air to give it a light layer of foam. So you have a smooth, airy drink with a cool cascading effect as the coffee settles. It’s basically Starbucks giving the classic iced Americano a little makeover.

The Aerocano is also not completely new to Starbucks. It has already appeared on the menu in South Korea, Australia, and Singapore. Now, it is finally making its way to Starbucks stores across the U.S.

Three Mini Pies Are On The Way

Starbucks is adding Apple Crumble Mini Pie, Pecan Mini Pie, and Pumpkin Mini Pie to its bakery selection. The pies are small, but the flavors are basically a greatest-hits album of fall desserts.

The Apple Crumble Mini Pie comes with tender apples and a buttery streusel topping. It has all the cozy apple-pie vibes, with a crunchy, crumbly finish.

Then there is the Pecan Mini Pie, which is packed with toasted pecans and caramelized sweetness. It’s the pick for anyone who considers pecan pie one of the main attractions of fall.

And, of course, Starbucks also has a pumpkin version. The Pumpkin Mini Pie features a creamy pumpkin filling with warm fall spices. It also has a cute little leaf detail on top, because apparently even a tiny pie needs to dress for the season.

The Fall Menu Is Getting Very Crowded

These new arrivals come shortly after Starbucks launched its main fall menu on August 25th.

The menu brought back the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte, along with drinks such as the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha.

There are also returning favorites like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. Then Starbucks added some new banana-bread-inspired drinks, including the Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai.

With the Aerocano and three Mini Pies joining the menu, there’s almost something for everyone this season.

Could Be a Hit In The U.S.

The new Aerocano, Apple Crumble Mini Pie, Pecan Mini Pie, and Pumpkin Mini Pie will arrive at Starbucks locations nationwide on September 29th.

The new items are seasonal, but they might just win the hearts of many in the U.S., as they have done in Australia, South Korea, Singapore, and other places.
