For as excited as we are about the nostalgic The Peanuts x Starbucks collection that Starbucks is releasing for fall, we also know that not everyone is a big fan of The Peanuts or The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. If you didn’t grow up with it then it probably doesn’t have the same emotional impact as it does for those of us who did. And, The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown isn’t necessarily indicative of the entire fall season in particular. It feels like a missed opportunity for Starbucks to not have a spotlight on Halloween, beyond a Peanuts collaboration.

Luckily, with Starbucks’ announcement of their Black Cat Frappuccino coming to stores on October 22 with a new festive cookie, they also announced that there would be exclusive Halloween merchandise to go alongside it. It’s dropping today alongside the Peanuts collection, too. Let’s breakdown everything that’s going to be available, shall we?

The Black Cat Mug

The first of the three cups in this Halloween collection is their Black Cat Mug. And, despite its name, the mug itself is a pumpkin shape. It’s a cream colored glazed ceramic mug that is shaped to look like a pumpkin with divots in the mug’s exterior. The black cat comes in on the rim of the mug as a little black cat figure. It peeks over the edge of your coffee mug, looking into its contents. The cat is not only adorable and tiny, but its eyes are filled with curiosity in a way that really draws you in. Plus, this mug doesn’t necessarily scream Halloween since the pumpkin is white-ish, so we could definitely get away with using this one well past the holiday. The mug is priced at $19.95.

The Cauldron Mug

This mug basically just looks like what it would sound like. Instead of the normal shape of a mug basin, the ceramic is formed into a black cauldron shape instead. It has four feet supporting the 14-ounce mug, and the matte black surface has pops of glossy leaf and coffee bean designs, just in case you got confused between your coffee cauldron and your potion cauldron. Not only is the mug itself quite charming, but so is its price at $16.95. For a novelty mug with such a unique shape, it’s not too bad.

The Black Cat Stainless Steel Cold Cup

Since they’ve already given us two options for hot beverages, Starbucks is moving on for anyone who prefers to sip on something cold with this black cat cold cup. The cup itself is in the standard size all their merchandise cold cups come in, and the whole thing is matte black with a golden straw. But, that’s not all. There are little glossy black cat designs all around the cup that apparently glow in the dark for some spooky fun. This cup is the most expensive of the bunch coming in at just under $30. The cup is $29.95, but it is still more affordable than most Stanley cups and major water bottle companies. Plus you get a reusable option to get your daily Starbucks served in, too.

Black Cat Bearista Plush Bag Charm

At this point, I think everyone’s heard of the Bearista cups. Whether or not your perception of them is positive or negative, those viral glass bears took over the internet. But since the Peanuts collection already includes a glass Snoopy to satisfy that Bearista cup itch, the Halloween collection includes a Bearista plush bag charm instead. And since the entire launch is themed around this new Black Cat Frappuccino, of course, the plush Bearista is not only in a Starbucks apron, but in a full black cat suit as well. It’s valued at $14.95.
