Celebrate Stranger Things' Anniversary With This New Collab

If there’s one thing that Netflix’s Stranger Things will do, it’s collaborate with a food brand. Oh, you thought that it might not be interested in that? Guess again. Over the course of the series’ run, it worked with countless food companies, and towards the end of 2025 (when the last season dropped), it was at fever pitch. We had new Stranger Things Doritos, Stranger Things Gatorade, and plenty more besides.

But what’s going on? I hear you say, with a curious tone in your voice. Stranger Things is done. I watched the last episode months ago. So why are we getting another one? Well, it’s anniversary time, baby – and it’s celebrating with a Kinder collab.

Kinder Joy x Stranger Things

Ferrero North America has just revealed that it’s working with the TV show and mega-franchise to celebrate the latter’s 10th anniversary on our screens. The way that it’s doing so is…with Funko Pops! The new Kinder Joy x Stranger Things collab sees the duo releasing 24 different figurines in its little chocolate eggs. You might even find Vecna in there, if you’re (not so) lucky.

In typical foodie fashion, this new collaboration has come with a press release that fully digs into the vibe. “Stranger Things has captivated fans across generations with the thrill of not knowing what comes next—and that’s exactly what Kinder Joy delivers,” Kinder Joy USA’s vice president of marketing, Amber Hansinger, said in a press release. “Every egg is a portal to the unknown. Just like stepping into the Upside Down, you never quite know what you’ll find on the other side.” We very much enjoy how they’ve found a link between the terrifying nether featured in the show and…chocolate egg-shaped candy. Impressive stuff.

When? And Where?

Stranger Things’ 10th anniversary is being celebrated this July, but the Funko Pop-containing Kinder Joy eggs are rolling out now. You can find them in major retailers everywhere, but only while supplies last.

Incredibly, this is the second major food collab for Stranger Things this year, despite the main series now fully finished. Back in April, McDonald’s announced a new line of Happy Meals, released to mark the premiere of spin-off Stranger Things: Tales From ‘85.
