Hello Sporked readers! It’s been a minute since we’ve hit you guys with the best things on our at-home menus, but we’re back and more delicious than ever. This week, we have five things we’ve been loving and hopefully you’ll try them out and love them just as much as we did.

Trader Joe’s Vegan Kale, Cashew, and Basil Pesto

This was so much better than I anticipated! Growing up, my mom made fresh pesto probably every other week. The flavor of fresh pesto is so familiar to me, that most jarred or pre-made pesto disappoints me easily. On top of that, the vegan of it all wasn’t the most exciting to me. The color was what sold me though. It’s in the refrigerated section and a lush vibrant green, so I expected it’s fresher than most. And honestly, serve it up and it tastes like you just whipped it up yourself. An incredible backup to have on hand for an easy, flavor-packed dinner.

Nando’s Peri-Peri Rub Medium

One packet of this rub, a pound of chicken, and a couple of hours to brine? The perfect weeknight dinner is sorted. It’s a bit spicy, but not too much, and it’s rich in herby garlic flavor. If you’ve got a grill close by, then it’s Nando’s at home. Need some extra sauce? You can get a bottle of the Nando’s sauce for home too, all sourced easily from Amazon.

Trader Joe’s Cacio E Pepe Gnocchi

It’s a good thing these are only around $4, because as soon as I tried it I went back to Trader Joe’s the next day and bought three more bags to have on hand. It tastes like a next-to-perfect cacio e pepe and the gnocchi is soft and tender. It starts from frozen and you can get the high-quality side on the table in under ten minutes. I couldn’t be more impressed with the fresh cracked black pepper taste, too. YUM! The only downside I can thing of is the size of the bag.

365 Citrus Pop-Ups

Fresh, fresh, fresh. That’s what these popsicles are. They’re all made with a lemonade base, so they’re zingy and so refreshing. And, the paper push-up style of the packaging is nostalgic in every way I’m craving right now. The orange and strawberry flavors are so natural and fresh that they’ve been putting a smile on my face after just one taste. Surprisingly, my least favorite flavor in the variety pack is the plain lemonade flavor.

Trader Joe’s Mango Cream Bars

I’ve been on my popsicle grind this week, I guess. Hey, I’m not complaining though. In the Florida summer, you’ve got to do everything you can to keep cool. This is the perfect treat if you want something fresh and fruity, yet creamy and sweet. If you love the idea of an orange creamsicle, but don’t love orange or just want to mix it up with something new, these are the perfect change of pace.
