Milk Bar’s Newest Cookie Might Be the Butteriest One Ever

This month, Milk Bar is debuting a new cookie created in collaboration with Plugrà Premium European Style Butter. Called the Butter Lover’s Cookie, it’s exactly as its name implies: A cookie tailored to butter lovers’ tastes, made with premium butter for an extra-buttery final treat.

The Butter Lover’s Cookie will feature the same soft-in-the-middle, crisp-around-the-edges texture that Milk Bar is known for. The ingredients, however, are slightly changed thanks to the addition of slow-churned Plugrà butter that’s balanced with 82 percent butterfat. 

Once out of the oven, the end result is a cookie that tastes richer, creamier, and softer. It may look like a classic yet simple cookie, but it’s extra buttery in a way that your average sugar and butter one is not. You’ll notice the difference that Plugrà butter makes in every bite. Premium butter is certainly the star here, especially for your taste buds.
