Y’all, there is too much news to share for me to do a standard-length intro. Here’s the summary: at this year’s NACS Expo, I got the details on every Monster Energy drink getting a release in the next eight months. We’ll be doing full reviews on all these flavors in the near future, but to whet everyone’s appetite, here’s every Monster Energy drink dropping between now and May 2026.
Monster Orange Dreamsicle & Electrical Blue Energy
I really need Monster to come up with a name for this new line of full-sugar drinks. These are definitely taking the place of the now-discontinued “Reserve” line, signified by indulgent flavors…but there isn’t a name for them yet. Even the booth employees at NACS slipped up and referred to these as the Reserve duo once or twice—let’s just stick with that, okay? Anyway, both the nostalgic Orange Dreamsicle and mysterious Electrical Blue drinks from Monster Energy are hitting shelves as we speak.
Monster Juice Bad Apple
This Monster Juice flavor originally launched exclusively in the United Kingdom, but we’ll get our first taste of this full-sugar red apple energy drink when it hits shelves by the end of October 2025. (I’ve already tried it, but I’m pretending otherwise so y’all don’t get jealous enough to threaten my life.)
Monster Ultra Wild Passion Energy
Monster Ultra might have overtaken the original Monster as the premier drink from the brand—maybe not in sales yet, but definitely in the hearts of the public. Monster’s zero-sugar line is wildly popular; their new flavors rarely miss. We’ll find out if a passion fruit addition to the lineup hits the spot when it debuts in November 2025.
Monster Strawberry Shot Energy
In 2026 we will see the debut of a brand new style of Monster Energy. The classic black-and-green-can Monster formula is getting a kick of strawberry flavoring; you’ll be able to try it in full or zero sugar starting in January 2026.
Monster Lando Norris Energy Zero Sugar
While this unique new melon-yuzu energy drink is hitting very select areas now (Austin and Las Vegas specifically, due to the major F1 events being hosted in those cities), we’ll all be able to get our hands on this speedy new zero-sugar flavor in February 2026. Our own Vinz Karl recently reviewed the original U.K. version of this drink; check out his thoughts.
Monster Juice Voodoo Grape
Jimi Hendrix might be the primary influence for the branding around this upcoming Monster Juice flavor. Fingers crossed, it isn’t also inspired by cough syrup. This new full-sugar Voodoo Grape flavor from Monster Energy will hit shelves in February 2026.
Monster Ultra Punk Punch
Some energy drink brands find a color that just ends up working. Red Bull has way too many “blue” cans, while Alani Nu and Monster are both getting close to a pink overload. This new fruit punch flavored energy drink is the third primarily pink Monster Ultra flavor revealed to date, following Strawberry Dreams and Fantasy Ruby Red. This was easily in my top three from the 10(!) upcoming Monster drinks that I was lucky enough to sample; you’ll be able to try it yourself in March 2026.
Monster Ultra Red, White, and Blue Razz Energy
Good news, everyone: this drink isn’t a one-to-one-to-one mix of any existing red, white, and blue Monster Ultra flavors like I feared. Rather, this patriotic new limited-time flavor is Monster’s take on the ever-popular rocket pop concept. As a huge rocket pop enjoyer myself, I absolutely loved the sample I tried; I can’t wait to see this new zero-sugar energy drink on shelves in May 2026.
Monster Juice Strawberry Lemonade
That rocket pop energy drink isn’t the only freedom-flavored limited-time energy drink coming from Monster next year. Strawberry Lemonade will be joining the ranks of the Monster Juice lineup to celebrate America’s 250th year. That extra-summery flavor will hit shelves at the same time as RWB Razz: May 2026.
Is that everything Monster Energy is releasing in 2026?
I got an early peek at a whole new brand launching from the team behind Monster Energy; four flavors under that brand new name will be hitting shelves in March. It’s a little too early to talk about in detail, but rest assured, you’ll know everything as soon as I get the thumbs up to do so.
