Fall is almost here — the days may still be pretty warm, but you can (literally) smell the pumpkin spice in the air. Coffee shops, fast food restaurants, and grocery stores are throwing all kinds of fall-inspired treats onto their shelves and menus, which means you can pick up plenty of fall sips and bites right now… but unfortunately, most of them include pumpkin in some form.

If you’re looking for fall meal inspo or want to get in an autumnal mood in your own kitchen, don’t worry. You don’t have to pick up weird pumpkin-spiced groceries to do so, at least not if you’re shopping at Sam’s Club. I found plenty of new arrivals at Sam’s Club that are oh-so-fall-inspired, all without any pumpkin included.

Member’s Mark Beef Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes

I live for the Member’s Mark heat-and-serve meals from Sam’s Club, and the newest addition to the warehouse retailer’s lineup is a Beef Pot Roast that comes with carrots and potatoes. It’s a complete pot roast meal in a single pan, and just like all of the other heat-and-serve options, each one is made in-club daily.

This pot roast is the perfect easy weeknight fall meal. It’s cozy, it’ll warm you up when the evening get chilly, and it’s big enough to feed an entire family (with four to five servings in each pan, depending on your family’s appetites). I mean, is there a fall dinner that’s more iconic than pot roast?

Plus, if you’re in a hurry, it’s so wonderfully low-effort. After 45 to 55 minutes in the oven, the veggies and pot roast in this super simple dinner are fork tender and ready to eat.

Airship Black Apple Espresso Whole Bean Coffee

Okay, technically coffee isn’t a meal, but in my book it’s always a complete breakfast. Or at the very least, it’s my breakfast appetizer since I can’t possibly decide on food until I’m caffeinated. And if you’ve been searching for a fall coffee that isn’t tainted with pumpkin or its associated spices, good news: Airship’s Black Apple Espresso delivers.

This 27-ounce bag of whole bean coffee is a medium roast blend that includes a touch of sweetness thanks to the flavors of apple (Arkansas Black Apple, to get specific), black cherry, and dark chocolate. But it’s also balanced, thanks to the touch of citrus that’s included, too.

You can grind these beans and use them for espresso and espresso-based drinks at home, or you can turn them into a pot or cups of coffee. The unique flavor profile makes it an especially great choice for those who love being their own barista for a latte, cortado, or other specialty drink.

Member’s Mark BBQ Smoked Pork Bowls

Want to make fall dinners a breeze without the prep work barbecuing can require? Pick up a two-pack of Member’s Mark BBQ Smoked Pork Bowls the next time you’re at Sam’s Club, and you’ll have one seriously satisfying and autumn-ready meal stashed in your freezer.

Each bowl includes hardwood smoked pork, hickory barbecue sauce, and ready-made bowl ingredients that’ll fill you up: brown rice, quinoa, black beans, corn, and sweet potatoes. These heat up in no time so you can bring them along as a quick everyday lunch or effortless dinner. Plus, with 45 grams of protein per serving, you’ll be so on-trend with your protein goals.

Most importantly? The fall flavors in these frozen pork bowls are well-balanced. This is no basic, bland bowl.

Safe Catch Breaded Fish Nuggets

I know, I know: Who wants to be the person who microwaves fish? Well, these breaded fish nuggets from Safe Catch might not sound like the best idea, but they make a super simple and satisfying fall meal. Kids and adults alike rave about Safe Catch’s frozen fish products, and these nuggets are the newest iteration to hit Sam’s Club in bulk — and you’ll want to stock up for the season.

Each 2-pound box of these nuggets will feed an entire family multiple times. They’re made with premium wild-caught pollock from the U.S., and they crisp up perfectly in the air fryer and oven. It’s almost like a better spin on those old fish sticks you had as a kid, both quality- and flavor-wise.

Plus, they’ll warm you up come crisp fall nights. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauce and fall sides like roasted squash, and you’ll have a complete meal in less than 20 minutes total.

SUMM! Apple Pie Bites with Caramel Sauce

Looking for something sweet to munch on? While I technically wouldn’t recommend SUMM! Apple Pie Bites as something you’d want to eat solo for a meal, these little snackable sweets are so good, you just might catch me finishing a box this fall.

These little bite-sized apple bites are fully cooked and ready to heat up in your air fryer or oven. Made with no artificial flavors or colors, they include all of the notes you need from a proper pie: flaky pastry, warm and slightly-spiced apple pie filling, and even a caramel dipping sauce. Skip the pumpkin this fall and choose these apple-flavored bites instead for a treat that’s warming and feels so seasonal.
