Sporked Awards: Best Trader Joe’s Product

As a publication that strives to taste all the notable new products on the market, Trader Joe’s keeps us on our toes. They release new products every single month! We may have let a few fall through the cracks, but we’ve tried an awful lot of new Trader Joe’s products in 2024. And two stood out above the rest. These are the best Trader Joe’s products of 2024. So, hey, TJ, please return them to the shelves ASAP.

Trader Joe's Seafood Boil

Runner Up

Trader Joe’s Seafood Boil

Frozen, pre-cooked seafood isn’t always a hit. More often than not, the fish or shellfish is chewy or mushy. But not Trader Joe’s Seafood Boil. All you do is pop the bag of seafood (shrimp, clams, tilapia), potatoes, corn, and andouille into a pot of boiling water. Then cut it open, dump it into a bowl, and try your best not to make a complete mess of your shirt. It’s briny, spicy, and buttery. And the seafood comes out tender and, shockingly, not mushy at all. It’s extremely satisfying and it costs just under $10. Plus, it’s better than Aldi’s frozen seafood boil. Trust us.

Trader Joe's Everything But the Kitchen Sink Cookie Mix

Winner

Trader Joe’s Everything But the Kitchen Sink Cookie Mix

If you’re a more is more person, then this cookie mix is the best Trader Joe’s product for you. It’s packed with pretzels, chocolate chunks, walnuts, oats, caramel bits, coconut, and sea salt. And all those delightful add-ins come together to make perfectly sweet and salty cookies. They bake up crisp on the outside, but chewy on the inside. We dare you to try to stop at just one. In fact, we dare you to try to stop at just one batch
