It’s marg season at Chili’s! In fact – it’s always marg season at Chili’s. But it’s summer now, so it’s…double marg season? Anyway. The restaurant chain’s been going big on its margs this year, launching a Margarita of the Month club back in February and dropping a popping boba marg a few months later. Now, it’s leaning into the warm weather with a new margarita that hopes to capture the vibe of everyone’s favorite island-specific dating show.

And it’s only $6, too. That’s reason enough to give it a go in our book. Sit back and sip.
The Bombshell Marg: Casa Amore Is Calling
Chili’s new Bombshell Marg is, it says in its press release, “inspired by summer romances and the connections keeping everyone glued to their screens.” By this, it is, of course, referring to Love Island, and it’s clearly hoping to turn as many heads with the drink as those who strut their stuff all the way into the villa and all the way out with a partner/prize money/an influencing career.
And, like Love Island itself, in all its colorful, emotionally led glory, there’s nothing subtle about this margarita. Fruit is the name of the game here: The Bombshell Marg starts with el Jimador Blanco Tequila and throws in Monin Dragonfruit, triple sec, strawberry puree, and Chili’s house-made sour. Expect it to be sweet, sour, citrusy, and eminently drinkable. Dragonfruit in a margarita? We’re already sold.
Turn Heads, Swizzle Sticks
Chili’s is also serving its Bombshell Marg with a “Bombshell vs. OG swizzle stick,” which it says will “[give] guests a chance to weigh in on the debate while enjoying a Triple Dipper. If you don’t watch Love Island, all of this will feel quite alien to you – but don’t worry. Just sit back and enjoy the drink.
The Bombshell Marg will be available through July 31, at which point it will be replaced by the next Margarita of the Month that Chili’s has lined up for you all (what that will be remains to be seen, but we’ll be watching and waiting!). Chili’s marg output is big for the restaurant: In 2025, it served nearly 30 million margaritas, and the drinks are now some of the chain’s biggest sellers. It’s also been a fairly busy few months for Chili’s elsewhere, what with it launching its new chicken sandwich lineup, bringing six different options to the table. What better way to wash them down than with a cup of tequila and various fruity components? Personally, I can’t think of one.
