Cinnamon Toast Crunch Kisses Are Everything We Hoped

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is no stranger to a collab. And, between team-ups with Hormel, Swiss Miss, Old El Paso, and countless others, Cinnamon Toast Crunch has a pretty strong record of successful collaborative efforts. So when my good friend (and fellow Sporked contributor Griffin Parker) broke the news that Cinnamon Toast Crunch was teaming up with Hershey’s for Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored Hershey’s Kisses, I was over the moon excited.

Thankfully, after weeks and weeks of hunting I finally found the goods at Target. Without further ado, let’s pop open the bag of new Cinnamon Toast Crunch Kisses and find out if they are everything we were dreaming of and more!

Pros: I have to call out perfect packaging when I see it—and this is chef’s kiss-worthy stuff. The foil on each individual Kiss is striped with the colors of Cinnamon Toast Crunch branding. Moving on to the candy itself: Folks, I am impressed. In fact, I just stood up at my desk and I am clapping. (Okay, maybe I’m not, but picture that I am.) These new Hershey’s Kisses perfectly bring to life the flavor of the “Cinnamilk” (milk left at the bottom of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch). And the tiny little bits of cereal in the candy really bring the whole thing home. If I ate these blindly, I would absolutely be able to identify them as Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored. Everything about these Kisses is delightful. They leave a taste in my mouth that makes me feel like I just got done eating a bowl of the cereal.

Cons: If I was to have anything negative to say about these (and to be clear, I’m getting into nitpicking territory here), the bits of the cereal are a little inconsistent from Kiss to Kiss. Some Kisses only have a few cereal bits and others are completely overloaded. It’s certainly not anything that would stop me from buying the product, but it’s a bummer when you get one that doesn’t have a ton of cereal bits in it. 

TL;DR: These are one of my favorite Hershey’s Kisses I’ve ever had to date and if you’re a fan of Cinnamon Toast Crunch ANYTHING, you should absolutely add these to your shopping list.
