It’s been a minute since we’ve talked about Entenmann’s here at Sporked, but that doesn’t mean that it hasn’t been busy. The snack food company has been steadily churning out baked goods for the masses, and a couple of months back, it brought back its Pop’ems Cotton Tails Powdered Donut Holes for Spring. And on a personal note, the brand’s been stuck in my head for a few weeks, ever since I rewatched the first season of Dead To Me, where its cookies feature pretty heavily in episode 1. That show’s so great. Anyway. I digress!

We’re circling back to Entenmann’s coverage here, though, as it’s got some summer plans, and we’d simply love to talk about them. Introducing its new line-up.
Snacks For Everyone!
We learned yesterday, via a press release from Bimbo Bakeries USA (which owns the Entenmann’s brand), that Entenmann’s and Little Bites are launching eight limited-edition summer snacks. Six out of the eight have a patriotic vibe to them that sees these brands jumping on board with the July 4 celebrations that other food companies have been engaging with (the latest on that one, incidentally, is that McDonald’s is bringing back its Fried Apple Pie, and Sonic’s got a new slush for Independence Day – but honestly, everyone’s at it.
But to the snacks! Here’s what’s coming out:
- On the Patriotic front, we’ve got Patriotic Rich Frosted Donuts, Full Sized Party Cake, Mini Snack Cakes, Sprinkled Cookies and Dipped Sprinkled Cookies, all of which are topped with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
- Little Bites is bringing out its Little Bites Patriotic Party Cake Muffins, which are, again, topped with sprinkles.
- And to Entenmann’s, which is releasing its Orange Cream Donut Holes, a Creamsicle-inspired donut hole, and its Mini Iced Lemon Snack Cakes, topped with a lemon-flavored icing.
Much to see, much to eat.
When Can I Get Them? Where Can I Get Them?
You can get them now, although where you can get them is a little more specific. The Patriotic Sprinkled Cookies and Dipped Sprinkled Cookies, and the Patriotic Full Sized Party Cake, will only be available at major Central and Eastern retailers; the rest of them will be available across the whole country. The Entenmann’s items, meanwhile, will only be available through July 25, while the rest of them will be available through August 8. All a little confusing, so check ahead before you make a trip specifically for any of them.
