Folks, this isn’t just any Lindt Lindor truffle flavors ranking; this is the ultimate Lindt Lindor truffle flavors ranking. I tried 32 different Lindor flavors sourced from Lindt’s online store, various grocers, and even a trip to one of Lindt’s retail stores. (Thanks to Grey and Sophia at said Lindt store for helping me find every single rare/seasonal flavor; I’d only have found a laughable 26 truffles without their expertise.)
Here are all 32 of those Lindor chocolate truffles flavors, ranked from worst to the very best. Because, if you’re spending Lindt money, you should only be buying the best Lindor truffle flavors.

- Lindt Lindor Birthday Cake
-
Good news for children and no one else: Lindt makes an insanely sweet buttercream icing-flavored truffle. The Hershey Birthday Cake bar was definitely a better take on this concept.

- Lindt Lindor Snowman/Ghost/Milk with White
-
This frequently-relabeled Lindor truffle features a milk chocolate shell with a white chocolate center, which blends in the mouth to taste like…nothing. High school guidance counselors are right: Trying to appeal to everyone just makes you bland.

- Lindt Lindor Sea Salt
-
This Lindor flavor is almost identical to the standard milk chocolate, with one difference: I ended up with a sole grain of salt on my tongue that was entirely separate from the chocolate. Yuck.

- Lindt Lindor Oatmilk
-
The inherent oat milk flavor doesn’t complement the chocolate here. If you can’t do dairy, there’s a better Lindor flavor for you. Skip this one and head straight for the Dark Oatmilk variant.

- Lindt Lindor White Peppermint
-
This is a soft white dinner mint in truffle form. Not sure who asked for that.

- Lindt Lindor Cheesecake
-
This tastes like cream cheese frosting, but it isn’t cheesecake-y enough for me. It might be one of the best Lindor truffle flavors if it included a graham cracker crumble in the shell.

- Lindt Lindor Caramel
-
This is good, but “good” isn’t a difficult bar to clear when you’re combining caramel and chocolate.
Credit: Liv Averett / Lindt
- Lindt Lindor Pistachio
-
Who asked for this? This could really be something if they added some salt or nut chunks or something. The best I can say is that this is one of the mildest Lindor truffle flavors.

- Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate
-
No one is going to be mad to find a handful of these Lindor chocolate truffles in their stocking, but if you have the ability to get your hands on any of the other Lindor chocolate flavors, why would you pick this one?

- Lindt Lindor White Chocolate
-
This is the best white chocolate I’ve ever had. That doesn’t make it great, but congrats on the top spot.

- Lindt Lindor Fudge Swirl
-
This truffle looks really cool. Cut (or bite) it in half and you can actually see the swirls of white and dark chocolate in the center. That said, it tastes boring. Mixing milk and white chocolate just isn’t the move.

- Lindt Lindor Coconut
-
It’s an Almond Joy without the nut (aka a circular Mounds). Good for sure, but not that interesting.

- Lindt Lindor Snickerdoodle
-
There are “spiced cookie pieces” in the shell of this Lindor truffle, and that’s all it has going for it. Cinnamon Swirl is a much better take on a similar flavor concept.

- Lindt Lindor Hazelnut
-
You’d think this would just be a Nutella ball, but the actual hazelnut fragments make this truffle a much more interesting experience.
Credit: Liv Averett / Target
- Lindt Lindor Dulce De Leche
-
This is a creamy truffle. It is head and shoulders above the “standard” Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate truffle.

- Lindt Lindor Stracciatella
-
Unfortunately, the cookie crumble is isolated to the outer shell, so the inner creme ends up overpowering the texture and flavor of the cookie pieces. (Fun fact: Indirectly, this Lindor truffle flavor is named after a soup.)

- Lindt Lindor Matcha
-
I’m on the fence about matcha as a flavoring in most use cases, but this is delightful. The matcha filling is authentically semi-sweet, which balances very well with the white chocolate shell.

- Lindt Lindor Raspberry and Cream
-
This is a grown-up raspberry truffle. It tastes like it’s made with real raspberry jam, hot damn. Like basically every fruit-flavored truffle, I’d like this even more if it had a dark chocolate shell instead.

- Lindt Lindor Strawberries and Cream
-
This wins the “most ice cream-esque” award, for sure. If this had a textural component (dried strawberry flakes, hell I’ll take those Oreo sugar inclusions), it might crack the top ten Lindor chocolate flavors.

- Lindt Lindor Almond Butter
-
This truffle is buttery! It melts in your mouth—like, even more than any of the other Lindor truffles flavors. The almond butter flavor is understated but it’s a very pleasant experience regardless.

- Lindt Lindor Dark Chocolate
-
I’d like less sweetness and more chocolate flavor (there are two other dark Lindor chocolate flavors that are exactly what I’m looking for). But this is a safe dark chocolate truffle to gift someone if you don’t know exactly what level of dirt they will tolerate.

- Lindt Lindor Milk Salted Caramel
-
If you are looking for a salted truffle, skip the other Lindor chocolate flavors and get this one. The salt was more evenly distributed here than in other salted truffles. That said, it does overpower the caramel flavor. Still, it’s a marked improvement on the regular caramel truffle and the sea salt truffle.

- Lindt Lindor Maple
-
This Lindor truffle smells like an IHOP through the wrapper. The maple flavoring isn’t overwhelming, but it lingers on your tongue. If you’re looking to capture fall in a truffle (or a diner breakfast in a truffle), grab a bag of these Lindor truffles.

- Lindt Lindor Double Chocolate
-
Made with a milk chocolate shell and a dark chocolate filling, this is basically baby’s first dark chocolate. Unlike the Milk with White truffle, this is actually the best of both worlds. If you’re looking for a real crowd-pleaser, this is the best of all the Lindor truffle flavors.

- Lindt Lindor Blueberries and Cream
-
Weirdly, this is what I wanted from Lindor Cheesecake truffles. The blueberry and white chocolate pairing works really well. It’s one of the best Lindor flavors to snag if you’re a white chocolate lover.

- Lindt Lindor Milk Mint
-
It’s an Andes Mint, y’all. It’s just a round Andes Mint. But Andes Mints are good!
Credit: Liv Averett / Lindt
- Lindt Lindor Blood Orange
-
Finally, a Terry’s Chocolate Orange I can fit into my mouth in one bite. If this had a dark chocolate shell, it would be an 11/10. Still, it’s one of the best Lindor truffle flavors to buy.
Credit: Liv Averett / Amazon
- Lindt Lindor Milk Peppermint Cookie
-
Much like Stracciatella, this truffle suffers due to the minimal cookie crumble. Still, there’s a reason this is the most prominent holiday-exclusive flavor—and one of the top Lindor truffles flavors overall. If Milk Mint is an Andes Mint, this is a Thin Mint.

- Lindt Lindor Dark Oatmilk
-
The flavor of this vegan Lindor truffle has the nuttiness you get from oat milk, without sacrificing any dark chocolate flavor. You wouldn’t know it wasn’t real milk if you didn’t read the label. Superb.

- Lindt Lindor 60% Dark
-
Finally, the fruitiness I want out of dark chocolate. I really debated the ranking order of the two Lindor extra dark chocolate truffles. If you’re a big dark chocolate fan, get both and decide for yourself.
Credit: Liv Averett / Instacart
- Lindt Lindor Cinnamon Swirl
-
This is the most authentic cinnamon bun flavor I’ve had in a while. This tastes like what Cinnabon smells like. Add in some graham cracker pieces and I’ll die a happy man. If you aren’t a dark chocolate fan, these are the best Lindor truffles to buy.
Credit: Liv Averett / Target
- Lindt Lindor 70% Dark
-
If I didn’t already know I preferred dark chocolate to milk chocolate before this ranking, I certainly know now. This is luxurious. The 70% Dark Chocolate Lindor truffle is a mature, grown up truffle. These belong next to a good wine or coffee. I’m in love. Out of the many, many Lindt Lindor truffle flavors I tried, this simple, chocolate truffle is the very best.

Did they stop making the key lime truffle? I kept scrolling down looking for it…
Yet they don’t say anything about the heavy metals that have been found in the chocolate and how the company being sued because of it?
Yum some nice lead filler in your overly expensive chocolate! So glad you paid that extra money!
if you research, the chocolate w/ those metals in them were of the Ghiradelli brand, not Lindt.
Americans have little taste when it comes to chocolates
