New Mountain Dew HoneyDEW Is Finally in Stores, Here’s All the Details

Earlier, there was a rumor that Mountain Dew HoneyDew was set to hit shelves in the United States in 2025. Well, the rumor was true. The time has finally arrived and we have all the info that you need to know about the new/returning Mountain Dew HoneyDew.

What is Mountain Dew HoneyDEW?

As the name implies, Mountain Dew HoneyDEW is a honeydew melon flavor of Mountain Dew. Our friends at Mountain Dew specifically tell us that “HoneyDEW combines the citrus zing of Mountain Dew with the sweet juicy essence of honeydew melon.” For those who aren’t “in the know,” Mountain Dew HoneyDEW launched in Canada for a limited time in 2023, but has not been seen anywhere since…until now!

Where and when can I find Mountain Dew HoneyDEW? 

According to the self proclaimed Adam Schefter of Mountain Dew, Team Supernova, Mountain Dew HoneyDEW is hitting stores right now as we speak. (Or, rather, as you read.) There’s a catch, though. It is exclusive to two gas station chains: Maverik and Kum & Go. Both chains are predominately in the west. Other than a few stations in Michigan, anyone that is located east of the Mississippi (currently) does not have one in their state. The good news is that this is a permanent offering and will not be disappearing any time soon.

Will Mountain Dew HoneyDEW be available in zero sugar?

Sorry, pal. Full sugar only. (Though I highly encourage you to go tell Mountain Dew and Maverik you’d like to see it in zero sugar. They’re always listening and noting what the fans want to see, so it’s worth a shot.)

How can I get Mountain Dew HoneyDEW if I’m not near those gas stations I’ve never heard of?

If you (like me) are in one of the states that is not in Mountain Dew HoneyDEW territory, there will be several opportunities to buy online from different sellers. Typically fans will go to Amazon or eBay to buy hard to find and rare flavors of Mountain Dew, but I would never recommend those sites as they are full of scalpers. 

One site worth checking out is the Dew Drinker Discord’s “Dew Market,” a shop within a Mountain Dew-centric Discord full of reasonably priced and hard to find drinks! HoneyDEW isn’t listed there now, but I’m told it will be soon.

Only one question remains: Is Mountain Dew HoneyDew a HoneyDEW or a HoneyDEW NOT? We’ll be reviewing it as soon as we get some bottles in, so stay tuned for the answer!
