I like Aldi snacks. I mean, don’t you? Where else can you find chips, dips, and more besides that look and taste just like a more expensive branded version, at half the price? So, it’s my, and plenty of people’s, first port of call for healthy snacks and potato chips, and it’s got a lot of both. It’s the potato chip section that usually catches my eye, though – not least because Aldi’s so good at rotating new, delicious flavors in and out (and we mean delicious: Its Clancy’s Reuben’s Kettle Chips were a recent favorite).

We were reminded of said rotation by a recent Reddit post that took a peek at all of the new chips available at Aldi right now. And honestly, it’s made us hungry. Here’s what’s on offer.
Flavors Galore
As always with the Aldi snack section, its private-label brand Clancy’s, under which it sells its potato chips and way more besides, reigns supreme. First up, we’ve got its Fried Pickle Ranch Chips, which have been offered at the store for a while – we actually tried them a couple years back, and while we weren’t mega-fans, we admire the ambition. Then, we’ve got an All Dressed flavor, which is a mix of ketchup, barbecue sauce, and salt and vinegar, all in one bite. This one has got a bit of a mixed response from customers, with some saying they love this variety, and others saying that it isn’t for them. We’ll leave it to you to make up your mind.
Also in its Clancy’s range are Spicy Dill Pickle Flavored Chips and a Loaded Bacon and Cheddar flavor. And that’s not all. The store is also offering up a Nashville Hot Chicken flavor and a Cuban Sandwich flavor of kettle chips. The latter flavor is, sadly, not a universal one (apparently it’s a little pickle-y), but again – this is a store that likes to push the boat out, and we’re here for it!
And What About the Other Snacks?
Yep, we’re getting to it! Beyond its potato chips, Aldi’s Clancy’s line has a pair of popcorn chips, in Regular and White Cheddar flavors. If you want a sweet treat that still bears that Clancy’s name (and why wouldn’t you?), it’s also currently selling four flavors of covered pretzels: Milk Chocolate Toffee, Strawberries and Cream, Cookies and Cream, and Birthday Cake.
And let’s spare a moment for Late July snacks, one of its other snack lines, because you’ve got a couple of new options here, too. Get yourself a bag of Jalapeno Lime or Nacho Cheese tortilla chips and enjoy the weather warming up. Hell, get all of these and enjoy the weather warming up. Or, if it’s not warm where you are, just enjoy them. We’re not in charge of the temperature, folks!
