Chips Ahoy Just Dropped 3 New Cookies—and One Sounds Like My New Favorite Dessert

As Ina Garten once said, you can be miserable before you have a cookie and you can be miserable after you eat a cookie, but you can’t be miserable while you are eating a cookie. I’d consider that my life’s motto. With that said, I’m always on the hunt for a new favorite cookie to enjoy and I’ve not only found one, but three new cookies from Chips Ahoy.

Chips Ahoy launches three new cookies to celebrate the World Cup 

If you love cookies and soccer, then you’ll love the new cookies from Chips Ahoy. (You might also love them if you don’t love soccer—really it’s the cookie loving that matters.) They are available in three flavors: red, white and blue candy blasts, chocolatey churro, and dulce de leche. The latter two are inspired by international desserts which is a first for the brand. And honestly? A churro-inspired cookie feels dangerously close to becoming my new favorite dessert ever.

The red, white and blue candy blast is a crunchy cookie as opposed to the chocolatey churro and dulce de leche which are both chewy. Whether you’re looking for more texture or a softer bite, you’ll find it with these flavors. I’m more of a chewy gal myself, so I’m happy a majority of the new flavors are soft. It’s worth noting that each package contains an image of a famous soccer player too: Alex Morgan, Sophia Wilso, and Christian Pulisic. 

Where can you get the new Chips Ahoy cookie flavors?

You can find the new Chips Ahoy cookies at retailers nationwide right now—Walmart, Target, Publix, Krogers, etc. They are a limited-time offering so you’ll want to grab them all before they’re gone. There’s no word on whether they’ll come back so it’s better to be safe than sorry. You will be kicking yourself if you don’t get your hands on a dulce de leche flavored cookie, trust me.
