Mondays are arguably our favorite day of the week because that is when Crumbl switches up its menu. If you tuned in last week, then you know that Crumbl took everyone to the fair with their fun and nostalgic flavors from fried cookies & cream and strawberry lemonade to funnel cake and cotton candy.

However, this week, the beloved cookie brand is preparing for the Fourth of July with its patriotic and festive lineup. Spoiler alert: There’s a Cherry Bomb cookie and it looks scrumptious. (Honestly, Crumbl understood the assignment with this week’s drop―let’s just say that.)

The New Flavors This Week

There are five new flavors hitting Crumbl this week, plus one cake and two strawberry cups for those fruit fanatics. Here’s what you’ll find between June 28 and July 4―suitable for those Fourth of July festivities. Think backyard barbecues, fireworks, and a plate full of cookies that’s somehow already empty.

  • Summer Berry Tart Cookie — A shortbread cookie topped with vanilla bean mouse, house-made strawberry jam and fresh raspberries and blueberries. This sounds like a berry good cookie to us (pun intended).
  • Cherry Bomb Cookie Ft. Golden OREOs — A chilled vanilla cookie rolled in golden OREO crumbs with a marble of cherry, lime and blue raspberry cream cheese frosting. Pair this with a Bomb Pop and you’re golden.
  • Campfire Skillet Cookie — Nothing screams summer more than sitting by the campfire and this cookie captures the essence perfectly. It’s a chocolate cookie rolled in graham crackers with a graham cracker base and topped with chocolate squares, marshmallow mouse, a sprinkle of graham streusel, and a milk chocolate drizzle.
  • Caramel Apple Crisp Cookie — A cinnamon streusel cookie with apple pie filling topped with caramel, crumbled oat streusel, a scoop of vanilla bean mousse and finished with another caramel drizzle.
  • Patriotic Sugar Cookie — For this week only, you’ll find a vanilla sugar cookie with vanilla butter cream topped with red, white, and blue star-shaped sprinkles.
  • Strawberry Shortcake — A double stacked vanilla shortcake with fresh whipped cream and house-made strawberry sauce. If you like strawberries, then this week is a good one for you.
  • Cornbread Cookie — A warm cornbread cookie topped with honey butter and a drizzle of honey. This is a savory pick to enjoy at those Fourth of July barbecues.
  • Dubai-Style Chocolate Strawberries — A cup of milk chocolate, pistachio, kataifi pieces, and fresh strawberries. Fruity and refreshing to start the summer off on the right note.
  • Cookies & Cream Cookie Thins (Set of 2) — Enjoy two cookie thins with cookies and cream pieces with melted white drops.

The classic flavors you’ll find each week are:

  • Chocolate Chip — The beloved chocolate chip cookie is a menu staple. Crumbl recently changed the recipe for this one (it’s incredible, trust us).
  • Pink Sugar — This pink sugar is a Crumbl staple.
  • Brownie Batter — Chocolate lovers will love to indulge in this rich brownie batter cookie.
  • S’mores — Love s’mores? You’ll enjoy this marshmallow and graham cracker combo reminiscent of the classic campfire dessert.

What Day Of The Week Does Crumbl Have New Flavors?

Crumbl’s new lineup is announced via social media every Sunday for an in-store rollout on Mondays. We also post the weekly Crumbl menu here on Mondays as well so you won’t be left without your daily dose of cookie news (you’re welcome in advance).
