Nicole Enayati Can’t Get Enough of This Amazon Brand Snack

Welcome to Mythical Kitchen Picks, the series in which the culinary experts from Mythical Kitchen tell you all about their favorite foods and ingredients. This week, the team is ignoring the fact that it’s still technically summer, according to the calendars, and kicking off fall with their favorite fall foods. Today, Nicole Enayati is letting you in on the ultimate, chocolatey afternoon treat to pair with your fall-flavored afternoon coffee or tea of choice.

Nicole’s Pick: Start of Fall-Aplenty Milk Chocolate Mini Grahams

chocolate covered graham crackers

This bag of goodness needs to be known to the masses. Somehow, these mini milk chocolate-covered graham crackers made their way into my Amazon Fresh cart one time; I don’t remember if it was the shopper making an educated guess on what I wanted or if my finger slipped, but divine intervention is divine intervention! This confectionary masterpiece is made up of thick, stout, mini graham crackers, shellacked in milk chocolate, and finished with black salt granules. So simple, but so damn good. When you pop one in your mouth, you will experience an indescribably fudgy texture. It is unique to this particular snack. These taste how coziness feels. It really is something to behold. If I didn’t know any better, I’d assume these were made in an upscale chocolate shop in Switzerland or something. But they are Amazon-made, through and through. Amazon’s Aplenty brand does make a lot of other sweets I order from time to time, but these are the crown jewel of the brand. They are not a staple in my house but only because my husband and I will eat a whole bag in one sitting. But, when they find their way into my pantry, they always hit the spot. I love to have these alongside a cappuccino or dipped in some strong black tea. They are the perfect sweet bite at the end of a fall day. Believe the hype!
