Nicole’s Pick: Better Booch Organic Morning Glory Raw Kombucha

better booch kombucha

Hello, my name is Nicole, and I have an obsession with fermented foodstuffs. My fridge is pulsing with probiotics and live active cultures. You’ll see things like sauerkraut, kimchi, miso paste, coconut yogurt, and much, much more—including a kombucha…or five. There will be a Health-Ade, a GT’s, maybe a Humm. I’ve tried just about everything that the kombucha brands have to offer. But, one brand trumps all for me and truly satisfies my kombucha cravings. It’s Better Booch. Based in Los Angeles (we love local!), they offer a huge array of exciting kombucha concoctions. But, there is one I love more than any other Better Booch brew. Without fail, Morning Glory is my all-time favorite flavor of kombucha. If I ever see it at a store, I MUST buy it. It is a stunning blend of black tea and peach, and it’s not overly sugary or acidic. There’s definitely funk to it, but it’s a palatable funk, I promise. It’s not too pungent or intense for the kombucha novice. It’s crisp, refreshing, and exactly what you want out of a probiotic-packed drink. And it keeps you cool during those late August days. Can I crush a can in 10 minutes? Hell yeah! I also am very grateful it does come in a can rather than a glass bottle. I’m too clumsy for glass bottles. My gut and microbiome are always a fan when I feed them this, and yours will be too!
