New year, new Pepsi. I got an exclusive first taste of the new Pepsi Wild Cherry & Cream, which is getting a permanent release this month, and I’m ready to share my thoughts. (Note: Pepsi will be releasing both a full sugar and a zero sugar version of this new Pepsi flavor, but this is a review of the full sugar, only. Pros: This new Pepsi flavor is an absolutely fantastic blend of cherry and vanilla flavors. I am pleasantly surprised that it gives very strong Pepsi Vanilla vibes. So, if you’re a fan of that (somewhat hard to find) flavor you definitely want to give this a try. It has this nostalgic feel to it—everything you love about both cherry sodas and vanilla sodas—packed into one solid mix. It’s very smooth and sweet, and I downed my can very quickly (and I wish I had another). I’m not a regular Pepsi drinker, but with this being a permanent addition to the shelves I can see myself picking it up regularly.
Cons: Wild Cherry & Cream Pepsi is not reinventing the wheel. It simply tastes like a mix of two flavors Pepsi has already done: Wild Cherry Pepsi and Pepsi Vanilla. If you’re a thrill seeker looking for cool new flavors, this new Pepsi flavor might not be all that exciting. But sometimes boring is best.

I just got a twelve pack of this stuff.. it is the worst soda I have tasted. It has this weird aftertaste that is a big turn off for me.. then let me say I don’t even taste the cherry or the cream favors. I seen all these reviews of people loving this drink from Pepsi.. saying it is smooth and having great favors are they on the same planet as I am.. they must be paid reviewers.. never will I buy this again. To think I put back the dr pepper candy shop to try this and now I am stuck with this crap!
I find this product overly syrupy and too sweet. It’s not as good as wild cherry Pepsi or vanilla Pepsi.
When are they coming to stores?! I’ve looked 3 places & I haven’t seen any of this…. Sugar free OR sugar full!

Which tbf IS the best Coke flavor of all time. So I can see why this would be pretty good too.
