New Pink Red Bull Is Coming Next Year, Here’s What We Know

‘Tis the season for Q1 product leaks. Rumors have been swirling online for weeks about a particular new Red Bull flavor coming in 2025. As Sporked’s resident Red Bull newshound, I dug through my usual sources for top-secret information (energy drink subreddits, distributor sites, etc.) and I’m happy to say I hit paydirt. All signs point to a new Red Bull Pink Edition hitting shelves in the next few months. Just a few months late for that Barbie hype, guys.

What’s the new Red Bull flavor? Is it coming in Sugar-free?

Per multiple leaked photos of sample cans, the Red Bull Pink Edition flavor will be: Wild Berries. Huh. There’s no word yet which wild berries this flavor will embody, but we’ve got a little time to find that out.

It’s somewhat of a stretch to say this pink Red Bull flavor is new. A sugar-free Red Bull Pink Edition released in the United Kingdom earlier this year under the flavor “Forest Fruits.” But pink Red Bull is certainly new to the United States, at least.

Considering Red Bull’s increasing focus on flavor consistency across international markets, I have a feeling the taste of the U.S. Red Bull Pink Edition will be very similar to the foreign Forest Fruits flavor. That being said, at this time, no evidence points to this pink Red Bull getting a sugar-free variant at launch in America.

Will this pink Red Bull be permanent?

As of right now, yes! While Spring, Summer, and Winter Editions come and go, Red Bull Pink Edition will be here to stay. This is a good time to remember the word permanent doesn’t mean forever in this context; it means Red Bull Pink Edition will last as long as sales are high enough to support it.

There’s no out-of-market date planned for this flavor, but plans can always change post-release if folks don’t respond well to the flavor. (If I get any more disgruntled cinnamon fans in my comments getting mad about the “permanent” Coca-Cola Spiced being discontinued, so help me…)

When can we expect this new Red Bull flavor on shelves? And which shelves?

Per my super secret sources, pink Red Bull will hit shelves in early March. There’s no confirmation yet, but if current trends continue, Walmart will likely get this flavor a little early. Walmart just has that kind of pull with Red Bull. They aren’t exclusive or anything, it’s just a situationship.t
