In the lead up to Pizza Hut’s sale from Yum! Brands, it had been going through ongoing efforts to revitalize interest in the brand. The company was leaning into nostalgia to bring back the memories of why Pizza Hut is beloved. Now, with the sale finalized, Pizza Hut’s attempts to lean into the brand’s classics are stronger than ever.

Starting July 14th, Pizza Hut is giving loyal customers originals to revisit and new menu items all at a great value. To celebrate the brand’s fans, Pizza Hut is also doing a limited experience and releasing a clothing collection.

What’s On The Menu?

Pizza Hut is mixing the old with the new through the launch of their Throwback Value Menu. But the most ’90s vibe of this menu is in the low prices. Nostalgic Pizza Hut originals we know and love will start at just $3. First on the menu is a $10 Medium 1-Topping Stuffed Crust Pizza. A $3 Personal Pan Pizza with one topping will be available as well―and what an incredible deal this is for an iconic Pizza Hut staple. Classic breadsticks and cinnamon sticks will be available for $4 each through this menu and a $3 2-liter bottle of Pepsi will be included, too. 

Two new menu items will join this Throwback Value Menu as well. For just $6, you can add the new Triple Mac And Cheese to your order. Or try out the new S’mores Sticks (a perfect treat for the seasonal summer festivities) for $5. Even with the new items, the new menu is deeply reminiscent of the days of Pizza Hut past. Act fast, though, because this menu will only be available for a limited run this summer.

Pizza Hut Clothes… Really?

Now, listen, we’re not just talking about some basic graphic tee here. The Pizza Hut clothing collection is made in partnership with Dinner Service NY. The brand transforms workwear from restaurants into luxe streetwear items. The partnership will include plays on the classic Pizza Hut uniforms and nostalgia regarding the Book-It! program and classic Pizza Hut memories. It will come in a wide range of products, including rugby shirts, tote bags, and camo jackets. It’s definitely far from the basic branding we’ve seen in the past. This collection will be available on July 16th.

To celebrate the devotion of Pizza Hut’s most loyal fans, they’re launching a “Back To The Hut” digital experience through the Pizza Hut rewards app, Hut Rewards.
