As a Costco lover, the most obvious mistake that Sam’s Club members make is not getting a Costco membership instead. I’ll play nice though and only mention it this one time. I promise! There are actually some major differences when it comes to Costco and Sam’s Club, so while we already talked about the former, we need to give Sam’s their time in the spotlight, too. Walking Past The Food Court

Sam’s Club’s food court isn’t as iconic as Costco’s but there’s still a lot of goodies to be found in there. We wrote up a whole guide on it, but my personal favorite is the pizza pretzel. Costco’s just not working on this level of novelty so they should take notes! It’s also worth mentioning that Sam’s Club has their own hot dog combo that rivals Costco’s so you don’t have to miss out on that.

Getting Your Rotisserie Chicken Elsewhere

It turns out that I am, in fact, mentioning Costco a whole lot in this Sam’s Club article. Whoopsie! Can you blame me? It’s hard to not compare the two. Especially with this next one. Costco’s rotisserie chicken gets all the time in the spotlight but would you believe me if I told you Sam’s Club’s was better? What if I shared proof of our findings? Not only did we like Sam’s Club’s chicken over Costco’s but Sam’s rings up for a penny cheaper. Now that’s how you undercut the competition!

As a grocery store lover this seems almost sacrilegious to say, but it’s true! Sam’s Club’s online store has a plethora of options that are either hard or impossible to find in store. But they have an incredible shipping radius so you can take advantage of deals that would otherwise be out of reach. Take a look online and keep that cart full with all those goodies!

Which is respectable! And frankly, really good to see. I used to skip right over a lot of Member’s Mark items because they didn’t feel worth getting over the flashier items but I’m not going to make that mistake anymore.

One sad thing that Sam’s Club is known for is changing their products without any warning. The latest victim is Sam’s Club’s egg whites but if you go back through the Sporked archives, you’ll see the pattern. They have no loyalty to their loyal shoppers so while you should be getting their products, just don’t get too attached to them. I don’t want you to get burned!
