The Starbucks x Peanuts Collab Is Finally Here (With New Merch)

Let’s face it folks, at this point it feels like Starbucks puts just as much effort (if not more) into its merch as they do its actual menu. Each time a new drink or release comes to the Starbucks menu, you can rest assured knowing that a merch drop is on the way… for better or for worse.

This time around, Starbucks is beginning the fall season and return of Pumpkin Spice Lattes with one of the most iconic pictures of the season, “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.” Yup, you read that right, it’s an official collaboration between Starbucks and Peanuts to celebrate the season. And instead of adding anything else to the seasonal menu, this launch is merch only. And, it’s coming to all Starbucks locations worldwide. Here’s everything included in the launch.

Every Mug’s Details

Something essential to know about this launch is that it is vast and quite expansive. There are six different coffee cup varieties and additional Peanuts paraphernalia, and all of it will be hitting global Starbucks stores on September 15th. Here are the details of all the new merch to come.

• The Snoopy Glass Cold Cup — This cup will inevitably be the show stopper of this merch drop, as it plays off of the coveted Bearista Cold Cups that have become a viral internet sensation. And we shouldn’t expect the demand for these cups to be any less since they’re shaped like one of the most beloved characters in the world, Snoopy. For this mug, Snoopy’s made of glass and all bundled up for crisp autumn days in a scarf and knit hat. Will Starbucks finally have learned from the demand of previous Bearista launches, or will the $40 price tag on these finally reduce their demand to begin with? Only time (and social media) will tell.
• The Stainless Steel Cold Cup — Let’s say you love Peanuts but don’t care much for the hype around the Snoopy Glass Cold Cup. Well, for you, dear reader, I am delighted to share that you have abundant options to choose from still. For starters, this is a green, stainless steel cold cup depicting Lucy and Snoopy lovingly sharing a hot cup of Starbucks in that signature Peanuts style.
• The Great Pumpkin Tumbler — This white, on-the-go tumbler depicts Snoopy and Woodstock relaxing with the Great Pumpkin itself. This iconic image from the special is adorned with additional cartoon Starbucks cups, too.
• The 24-ounce Cold Cup — This is one of the classic clear plastic cold cups that are always on rotation at Starbucks, only this time is adorned with Peanuts to the nines. The straw is capped off with a miniature figurine of Snoopy resting on The Great Pumpkin, and the cup itself is decorated with cartoon depictions of Lucy playing in piles of leaves and Charlie Brown holding a Starbucks cup.
• The 14-ounce Ceramic Mug — It’s an essential component of a Starbucks merch drop to have one of their classic ceramic mugs as part of the lineup. The inside of this mug is Starbucks green with a hidden Snoopy in the bottom, and the outside is lined with the whole Peanuts gang making their way to Snoopy’s dog house.
• The 16-ounce Stainless Steel Tumbler — The last coffee cup in the collection is a pale orange stainless steel tumbler with Snoopy and Woodstock frolicking amongst pumpkins. But to make this mug particularly interesting they’ve added a dangling enamel charm to the lid of Woodstock, a cartoon Starbucks hot cup, and a pumpkin.

Some Extra Accessories Are Along For The Ride, Too

• The Snoopy Plush — If your cabinets are already full of one too many coffee cups or on-the-go bottles (we get it), there’s stuff in this launch that can help you get in on the fun too. This Snoopy Plush has him fitted as a Starbucks barista with an apron and coffee cup in hand.
• The Bag Charm — The bag charm in this collection is a plush snoopy holding a Starbucks coffee cup, as well as an enamel Woodstock dangling above Snoopy’s head. This is the cheapest item in the collection coming in at around $17.
• The Mini Tote — The Mini Tote looks like it’s roughly the size of the Trader Joe’s mini totes, but the canvas is paired with Starbucks green handles and embroidery. The embroidery reads “Peanuts + Starbucks,” and a patch with Snoopy, Woodstock, and pumpkins sits beneath it.
• The Enamel Pin Set — If all the over-the-top Starbucks decor isn’t your thing either, then you could simply enjoy the Enamel Pin Set that includes cartoon depictions of Snoopy, Linus, and Charlie Brown in their festive fall attire.
