It’s that time of the Costco news cycle. They’ve gone and dropped quite a few Kirkland Signature originals on us. Not that we’re complaining. We really love the products that Costco makes themselves so we’re happy to hear the news. There’s a lot to love this week. A few solid meals to fill you up, two different snack mixes to meet every party need, and of course some quintessential KS desserts to fawn over. Let’s get into the new finds from Costco that are in store for us this week!

Synear Foods Spicy Pork & Vegetable Wonton with Chili Oil Sauce
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The best buy from Costco is a frozen meal that you can keep on hand for days you don’t want to cook. This latest find fits the bill entirely. Synear Foods’ spicy pork and veggie wontons even come with their own chili oil sauce so you don’t have to worry about anything outside of the box!
WildRoot’s Coastal Berry Trail Mix
Summer is the season to hike so we obviously need some trail mix to fuel us! Costco seems to agree with me considering they’re now stocking WildRoot’s coastal berry trail mix in stores. Inside this mix you’ll find a smattering of almonds, cashews, cranberries, blueberries, and yogurt flavored chips. The perfect propellant for the roads ahead.
Kirkland Signature Chicken & Grain Bowl with Asian Dressing
I imagine life in the Costco test kitchen is just trying to cook up new ways to use up their leftover rotisserie chickens. This latest drop from Costco is quite a creative way to do just that. Inside this chicken and grain protein bowl you’ll find quite the assortment: Kirkland Signature rotisserie chicken, quinoa, barley, chopped romaine and spinach, cashews, hard boiled eggs, pickled red cabbage, roasted edamame, and Asian sesame dressing. Phew, that’s a lot of flavor packed into one dish.
Kirkland Signature Twice Baked Cinnamon Filled Croissants
Dear lord. Cleanup in the bakery aisle because this had me hot and bothered! Costco’s no stranger to smothering and stuffing their Kirkland Signature croissants but this one is certainly the most tempting of the bunch. Each croissant is filled with a warm cinnamon center and dusted with powdered sugar. It’s like a portable cinnamon roll.
Kirkland Signature Lemon Blondie Dessert Bars
Costco’s really cooking up a lot of their own new products this week! This latest summery drop starts with a blondie base that gets a lemon filling and a white chocolate drizzle on top. As we’ve reported so far, these lemon blondie bars have gotten mixed reviews from the public. It sounds like we’ll have to get a box ourselves just to see how they stack up.
Dot’s Pretzels Snack Mix
Has the Utz pub crunchy snack mix finally met its match? If the regular Dot’s lineup is anything to go off of, I’d say so! Dot’s has brought their own snack mix that’s made up of Dot’s signature original seasoned mini pretzel twists alongside cheese-seasoned pita chips, garlic rye chips, and seasoned corn cereal to the aisles of Costco. It’s the perfect grab for any final World Cup watch parties you may have left.
