What’s New at Sam’s Club This Week (Including Some Birthday Shannangans)

The Fourth of July is almost here and Sam’s Club is in full celebration mode. Every other product hitting their shelves is dressed up for the 250th anniversary of the United States. Every store you go into lately has shelves lined with companies showing their support for the birthday festivities. I suppose when in Rome, eat as the Romans do. Here are all the new products at Sam’s Club including some very festive foods.

Member’s Mark Star Spangled Chicken Nuggets

The 250th anniversary of the U.S. is having every company imaginable saying “God Bless America” for the opportunity to sell more versions of their normal foods. Just slap a reskinned package or reshaped product onto the shelves and call it a day. Sam’s Club is getting in on the action with their own brand, Member’s Mark. While these chicken nuggets are at the end of the day just chicken nuggets, they’ll make summer dinners a little bit more fun considering they’re star shaped. I can’t fault them for changing things up.

Oats Overnight High Protein Oatmeal Shakes Variety Pack

The thought of a high protein oatmeal shake does scare me a little. But Oats Overnight may have sold me on the two flavors that make up the pack: cinnamon roll and cookies & cream. It’s hard to mess up those flavors―some of my personal favorites―and any excuse to have a dessert oatmeal for breakfast is a win in our book.

Drizzilicious USA 250 Birthday Cake Mini Rice Cakes

Truthfully, I would have much rather have seen Drizzilicious’ cinnamon swirl or cookies & cream bites make it into Sam’s Club. That said, I promise the birthday cake is still worth your time. This bag at Sam’s Club also comes reskinned for the country’s 250th anniversary like the chicken nuggies.

Goodles Mac and Cheese Variety Pack

Goodle’s variety pack at Sam’s Club comes with their two signature flavors: cheddy mac and shella good (aged white cheddar and shells). We tried both of these boxes of mac and cheese way back when and had a lot of good things to say about them, considering they are a healthy version of the kiddy classic.
