Fans of beer cheese and White Castle and beer cheese should get ready to rejoice. There’s a huge collaboration happening between the popular slider chain and Garage Beer, a brewing company focused on light beers. The two Columbus, Ohio-based brands are joining forces to bring about an array of beer cheese-themed menu items, so White Castle customers have even more great options to choose from. The Garage Beer cheese is a blend of Wisconsin-aged cheddar mixed with the branded beer, with both coming together for a punchy, melty addition sure to tantalize the taste buds of everyone who tries it.

Now, keep in mind this deal isn’t going to last forever. If you’re interested in sampling these new menu items, you have to get yourself in the doors of White castle before November 1, 2026. You have plenty of time to do it, but after reading up on exactly what’s being offered, you might just have to head there today.
3 New Menu Items For Your Dining Pleasure
First up on White Castle’s limited-time menu is the Garage Beer Cheese Sausage Sliders. This slider ditches the miniature burger patties for mini-smoked sausage links covered in Garage Beer cheese and caramelized onions, all served on a signature White castle slider bun. Smoky, sweet, and loaded with melty goodness, these sliders punch you in the palate in the best way possible. Next, you can snag an order of Pretzel Nibblers with Garage Beer Cheese. If you’re eating at White Castle with some buddies and want to order something you can all dig into, this is the item to snag. You get a pile of soft, pillowy pretzel nuggets fried until the outside is golden brown with the perfect amount of crunch, and a side of the Garage Beer cheese so you can give each one a huge dunk of flavor. And last, but certainly not least, you can order up the Garage Beer Cheese Fries. Crunchy, crinkle-cut fries are served draped in that same great Garage Beer cheese. Perfect for sharing with friends or hogging all yourself because they’re so darn tasty.
A Collab Both Companies Are Stoked About
White Castle’s Chief Marketing Officer, Jamie Richardson, said of the partnership, “Garage Beer and White Castle share the same DNA: bold, authentic and a little unexpected. This friendship keeps finding new ways to bring that spirit to life, and this fall might be the boldest yet.” Garage Beer CEO, Andy Sauer, agreed wholeheartedly with the sentiment, saying, “It’s always a blast working with White Castle. Outside of sharing the same Columbus roots, we’re always in sync on our collabs. I guess you could say we go together like sliders and beer. We’ve already done a lot together, and beer cheese is the latest, with plenty more still to come. Just talking about it makes me hungry. Now I need some Chicken Rings, a Crave Case and a side of beer cheese.” So do we, Andy.
