Two days to go! Two days to go! We know that we’ve been absolutely flush with July 4 stories and announcements here over the last few weeks, but come Sunday, that’ll aaaallll calm down. Until then, though, we’ve still got a couple of new announcements and products to bring you news of, which are steeped in the July 4 vibe – and the latest comes from Welch’s Fruit Snacks, which is perhaps slightly better placed to drop red, white, and blue snacks than most (what with them being fruity, and berry-flavored, and all).

Anyway! Welch’s Fruit Snacks has just announced the reintroduction of its Red, White, and Blueberry Fruit Snacks. Need something sweet this weekend?
Welch’s Fruit Snacks Red, White, And Blueberry
Welch’s Fruit Snacks fan-favorite Red, White, and Blueberry Fruit Snacks are back, just in time for the fireworks to start. These fruit snacks feature their bestselling Berries ‘n Cherries flavor and contain no artificial dyes, gluten, or fat. They’re also a source of vitamins A, C, and E. Hey, holiday weekends can be heavy times – if you want something a little lighter and a little more vitamin-focused after all those burgers and hot dogs, this might be the way to do it.
Welch’s Fruit Snacks is also leaning into the country’s semiquincentennial with its packaging here. Each box comes with custom commemorative packaging and has some cutout glasses on the back for all your celebratory needs. There’s also a QR code on every box, which gives you access to recipes, facts, and “shareable patriotic content in partnership with Welch’s.” We’ll leave you to investigate what that shareable patriotic content is for yourselves, folks.
Out Now!
Welch’s Fruit Snacks Red, White, and Blueberry Fruit Snacks are available at retailers now, in 26- and 85-count boxes. The 26-count will be around $6 at stores nationwide, though prices may vary by retailer.
This release comes on the back of Welch’s Fruit Snacks’ new probiotic snacks, which dropped back in May and which saw it jumping on the probiotic trend that everyone can’t get enough of lately. The brand joins the likes of Dairy Queen and Tic Tacs in releasing sweet treats in the run-up to July 4 itself — although we’d say that Welch’s Fruit Snacks might be ever-so-slightly more nutritious than both of those.
