Sam’s Club is never exactly sitting back and resting on its laurels, but in the last couple of weeks, it’s been especially busy releasing new items. The warehouse club has been dropping brand-new treats in its prepared food section, snack aisle, and bakery at a rapid pace. While some of those are tied to certain upcoming holidays (and I’m sure you can guess which ones I’m talking about), others just feel like they’re appearing ’cause Sam’s Club wants to mix things up. That’s an inclination we always appreciate.

Well, Sam’s Club has now given its refrigerated food section a boost, with a new breakfast item that feels about as hearty as they come. Hope you like steak.
Sam’s Club Member’s Mark Egg Bites With Steak & Mushroom
This week, Sam’s Club dropped new Member’s Mark Egg Bites With Steak & Mushroom, and protein lovers are going to feel very well-catered for by these. In each egg bite, you get a whole egg patty stuffed with steak, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and cheese, providing 16 grams of protein per serving. You get 10 bites per purchase, and each box comes in at $11.76 – so it’s not the cheapest breakfast option you can go for, but it’s also worth bearing in mind that these things are primarily steak and egg, so they’re not exactly budget-oriented. Nor is it wildly expensive, either.
Sam’s Club’s new Egg Bites With Steak & Mushroom will also be a good option for anyone who wants a lower-carb start to the day. At 8 grams of carbohydrates per serving, they could fit into some keto diets – although it’s worth bearing in mind you also get 600 milligrams of sodium with each portion. They cook up in just over a minute in the microwave, though; speedy stuff.
Enough Nutrition! What Do The People Think?
Well, the people – ie., Sam’s Club customers – are into them! When @samsclubfoodreview posted about finding these new egg bites, their comment section was flooded with praise. “Don’t hesitate. Go buy them now. They are delicious!” said one person, while another said they “can’t stop talking about these IRL.” An endorsement, if ever we heard one. A keto food that actually tastes good and won’t completely bankrupt you? With actual steak? An egg bite that you don’t have to make yourself in some wild fit of meal prepping on Sunday evening? Tick, tick, and tick. Grab this one before it sells out.
