- Buttermilk Vanilla Eggo Protein Waffles (10g protein)
-
These new Eggo waffles don’t taste like protein waffles at all—but they still pack 10 grams of protein (not a ton but more than your standard frozen waffles). There’s no powdery protein aftertaste. All you taste is mildly sweet buttermilk and vanilla. And the texture is identical to a regular frozen waffle. Smear on a couple tablespoons of peanut butter for a true high protein breakfast that’s ready in a flash.

- Kodiak Flapjack Power Cup S’mores (12g protein)
-
I’ll admit, this is a weird one. And while it’s not the highest protein breakfast, it’s worth including for the novelty factor as a good high protein breakfast without eggs. It’s like a mug cake. You add water, stir, microwave, and then, like a magic trick, you have a “pancake” in a paper cup. It’s sweet—but not too sweet—with gooey marshmallows and melty chocolate. The more I ate it, the more I liked it. Can’t go camping? Well, this won’t replace a real s’mores experience but it’ll scratch an itch.

- Best Kodiak Oatmeal Power Cup (Chocolate Chip) (14g protein)
-
This instant oatmeal doesn’t taste like fancy chocolate. It tastes like Cocoa Krispies or like instant hot chocolate. It’s cozy and nostalgic and super easy to make. And you don’t get a ton of chalky protein powder flavor, thanks to those sweet cocoa notes.

- Red’s Egg’Wich Chicken Chorizo (16g protein)
-
Not only do you get 16g of protein from this frozen breakfast sandwich, but it’s also gluten-free and keto-friendly to boot. In place of bread, there are two egg patties, which sandwich melted cheese and a chicken chorizo patty that punches weigh above its weight. If you want a more traditional breakfast sandwich, go ahead and sandwich this whole thing between a split english muffin.

- Red’s Chicken Chorizo, Egg & Three Cheese Breakfast Burrito (17g protein)
-
You get more of Red’s delicious chicken chorizo in this frozen burrito. There’s also egg and cheese, all stuffed into a soft tortilla—no small feat, considering so many other frozen burrito tortillas are stiff as a board. It’s so flavorful, you won’t even need hot sauce.

- Chobani 20g Protein Mango (20g protein)
-
We tried and ranked a bunch of high protein yogurt and this tropical flavor from Chobani got the number one spot. It packs big mango flavor that perfectly complements the Greek yogurt tang. And it’s so extremely creamy. If your usual breakfast is yogurt and fruit or granola, then this is the best way to give it a high protein boost.

- Three Bridges Uncured Bacon & Cheese (20g protein)
-
While these aren’t our number one best egg bites, they’re our number three and they have the most protein. They’re packed full of bacon—like, so much bacon. They’re really savory and they have a wonderfully custardy consistency. If you’re looking for that Starbucks egg bite experience at home, look no further.

- Great Value Meat Lovers Breakfast Bowl (24g protein)
-
The runner-up in our best frozen breakfast bowl ranking, this Walmart brand bowl has the perfect balance of meat, egg, and potato. The eggs are the star—they’re firm and taste like real, actual scrambled eggs. (If you couldn’t tell, the bar for the best frozen breakfast bowl is kinda on the low side.) But at 24g of protein, this truly is a high protein breakfast, and for that we’re willing to deal with some less-than-stellar sausage.

- Fairlife Core Power Vanilla (26g protein)
-
You might do a double take when you take a sip of this protein shake. You might think you’re drinking a melted vanilla milkshake. But nope! It’s just the best protein shake we’ve ever tasted. It’s creamy, it’s delicious, and it’s surprisingly low in sugar (5g). If you’re looking for a super fast high protein breakfast that you can gulp on the go, this is the shake to buy.
