Burger King Is Offering a Full Maple Bacon Menu

It’s 2026, and that means it’s maple time. Well, over at Burger King, anyway. As with basically every other fast food restaurant at the top of the year, BK is working overtime to get new menu items and value meals into its stores (gotta keep up with the Joneses, right?). And just like any other self-respecting enormous franchise, it’s leaving nothing to chance. Burger King’s Million Dollar Whopper contest, which it ran back in 2024, was a promotion where BK asked its customers to design a brand-new Whopper flavor, with a cool million dollars promised as the prize. One of the winners was a Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper, which subsequently appeared for a limited time in its restaurants.

Well, that Whopper was a hit—and now Burger King’s making it official. According to Instagram foodie account @markie_devo, the burger chain is gearing up to launch its Maple Bacon menu featuring its prize-winning burger and two brand-new items. Here’s what’s comin’.

Maple Bourbon Bacon Whopper

The new name for the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper, this burger is built around a quarter-pound beef patty, which is adorned with American cheese, bacon, crispy onions, jalapeños, a maple bacon seasoning, and maple bourbon BBQ sauce. It’s all housed in a sesame-seed toasted bun. We’ve gotta say that there’s a lot going on here (although not as much as the Burger King chocolate burger, but nothing tops that, but all of it sounds pretty good. 

Double Maple Candied Bacon Croissan’Wich

Never a fast food chain to do things by halves, Burger King’s new breakfast sandwich stuffs a lot into one package. This croissan’wich’s official recipe is still under wraps, but it looks like it could contain a bunch of maple bacon, cheese, and an egg patty, stuffed into a sliced croissant. Judging by the “double” in its name, we’d also guess that it has either maple bacon seasoning or maple bourbon BBQ sauce. Hey, if it’s lying around, they may as well throw it in. 

Candied Maple Bacon Burrito Jr. 

The second breakfast item on Burger King’s Maple Bacon menu, and this one looks good. Again, no official description yet, but judging by the word on the street, this breakfast burrito will combine maple bacon, cheese, egg, and hash browns, all of which will be stuffed into a tortilla wrap. We don’t think this Jr. wrap will be particularly light, but that’s not why you’re ordering it, right?

When Will the Maple Bacon Menu Be Available?

According to @markie_devo, Burger King’s new menu and all of its items are set to hit stores on February 17. It’s looking as though it’ll be a nationwide launch, too. That being said, until it’s confirmed by Burger King, we wouldn’t get excited just yet—but they’ve only got a few weeks, so keep your ear to the ground.
