A Mandalorian and Grogu Menu Is Coming to Burger King and It Looks Out of This World

Ahead of The Mandalorian & Grogu hitting theaters on May 22, Burger King is launching a limited edition menu for kids and kids-at-heart alike. The entrees, sides, and dessert on this menu will have your GPS saying, “This is the way… to Burger King.” There’s plenty to talk about in this Wookiee-sized spread, so let’s tackle each item individually. (And it wouldn’t be a Star Wars promotion without some sort of collectible aspect; read to the end for details on the collectible cups launching with menu.)

BBQ Bounty Whopper

This quarter-pound patty is topped with “melty Swiss, crispy pickle chips, bacon, lettuce, tomato and smothered in creamy Bounty BBQ Sauce.” The crispy pickle chips will appeal to the brine besties out there, but I’m more interested in that creamy barbecue sauce; I love the trend towards aioli-type sauces in the fast food game. Served in a Mandalorian helmet-styled carton, this Whopper is worth taking off your helmet for.

Grogu’s Blue Cookie Shake

This shake blends soft serve with blue sugar cookie syrup and a blue cookie crumble topping. While they aren’t explicitly saying “this is a blue milk milkshake,” we all know what’s going on here. (If BK was really committed to the Mandalorian and Grogu theme, there’d be a gummy frog leg sticking out of the top.)

Grogu’s Garlic Chicken Fries

BK is kicking their standard Chicken Fries up a notch with the addition of garlic and parmesan, plus a new garlic dipping sauce. Y’all know I’m always here for a new fast food sauce, so I’m glad to see we’re getting two new sauces as part of this intergalactic movie menu.

Imperial Cheddar Ranch Tots

These tots are stuffed with cheddar and ranch seasoning, served in an “Imperial-themed carton.” I’m sure you could dip them in ranch for maximum Midwestern energy, but I’m more interested in seeing how these tater tots will work with that garlic sauce mentioned earlier…

The Mandalorian and Grogu King Jr. Meal

For the mini spacefarers, Burger King is offering the standard Kids Meal with a The Mandalorian and Grogu toy and themed carton. In case it’s been a while, every Kids Meal comes with a hamburger or four chicken nuggets, apple sauce, kiddie-sized fries, and a milk or apple juice.

Four Collectible Cups

And for the big spacefarers, Burger King has four different metallic The Mandalorian and Grogu collector cups. While supplies last, you can snag one of these sought-after beverage vessels with the purchase of a BBQ Bounty Whopper Combo, Grogu’s Garlic Chicken Fry Combo, or the Bounty Bundle, which features all four new menu items.
