I love when the new items at Costco give us a little of everything. Inside the haul for the week, we’ll be getting a little snacking, a staple that we’re probably all in desperate need of a restock, and a celeb drop that you could have never guessed was coming. Just a fun variety for us to dive into. Without further ado, here are all the new items that have hit Costco shelves this week.

Sonoma Creamery Avocado Lime Queso Crisps

I’m a big fan of snacking on cheese. So I’ve been more than enthused at the development of the dried and crispy cheese snacks that have made their way into grocery stores. The latest drop of snackable cheese to come to Costco is made by Sonoma Creamery. They’ve taken real mozzarella cheese, dried them out, and seasoned them liberally with an avocado and lime flavoring. You can eat them on their own or pair them with a dip for a powerful snack.

Kirkland Signature Mango Salmon Ceviche with Serrano & Cilantro

Wow! If you thought Costco’s shrimp ceviche was bold, that was just the beginning. It seems the ceviche went over so well that they decided to add to the lineup with this new mango salmon ceviche with serrano and cilantro. A pop of fresh seafood straight from the deli section at Costco―a natural place to find that, surely.

Dr. Bombay Snoopsicle Raspberry Cherry Lime Sherbet Bars

You know Snoop Dogg had to do it. He’s been taking over the food and drink landscape so, of course, the Rocket Pop wasn’t safe! Each Snoopsicle bar features a “Razzed Out + Cherry + Lime” sherbet flavor profile that pulls from the nostalgic treat but brings real fruit juice to the table. Grab a box of these at Costco so you’re well stocked for any upcoming days out on the water.

Stellar Mini Pretzels Variety Box

I think Stellar’s move to start selling a variety pack at Costco is a killer idea. They’re a younger face in the pretzel space, so this gives everyone a chance to try four flavors at once. It’s an added bonus that inside the variety pack you’ll get our third favorite pretzel from our taste test, Stellar’s Maui Monk pretzels. Sporked’s Gwynedd Stuart loved these for their sweet and savory flavors backed by an oniony kick.

Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp

Fly by Jing always finds a way into Costco but the latest drop is one we’re very familiar with. Their claim to fame, Sichuan chili crisp, has made its way back into Costco stores for the time being. We’re damn happy to hear the news. This two pack will run you $15 which is already an incredible deal before you even factor in just how much food you can throw it onto before it runs out.
