Frozen Foods You Should be Buying at Dollar Tree

We’ve tackled what foods you should buy at Dollar Tree, what drinks you should buy at Dollar Tree, and what back-to-school snacks to buy at Dollar Tree. Now I’m here to address the best section at Dollar Tree: the frozen food aisle.

I searched through the frozen aisle of my local Dollar Tree to find out what to buy from the Dollar Tree freezer section. Add them to your Dollar Tree grocery list the next time you go on a budget shopping trip. You’ll be glad you did!

Per usual, this is not an ad. I just love a bargain and the people that work at the Dollar Tree near me are very, very nice so it makes me want to shop there.

Exciting Ice Cream

Dollar Tree has the most exciting ice cream selection. They have products I’ve never seen before, like an M&M’s Mint Ice Cream Sandwich and a Starburst Strawberry Sorbet Ice Cream Bar. I didn’t even know Starbust made food products other than candy! My store also carries Cotton Candy PhillySwirl SwirlStix, aka the popsicle of my childhood. I was thrilled to find them because I hadn’t seen them anywhere in years. Thanks, Dollar Tree!

Meat-Filled Pockets

One important thing to add to your Dollar Tree haul is frozen meat-filled pockets. Meat-filled pockets? Yes! Meat-filled pockets. They sell Hot Pockets (including the Pepperoni Hot Pocket aka the best Hot Pocket), frozen eggrolls, and frozen burritos. My Dollar Tree even had Bibigo soup dumplings which are the #1 Sporked recommended best frozen soup dumplings. I couldn’t believe I found them here for so much cheaper than other retailers.

Restaurant Branded Foods

Dollar Tree has such a great selection of restaurant-branded products. From Arby’s Crinkle Fries to Golden Krust Jamaican Style Jerk Chicken Patty, you can find all different restaurant products at Dollar Tree. Hit up the Dollar Tree freezer section so you don’t hit up the drive-thru.

Hearty Meals

If you want a full meal, the Dollar Tree freezer section has got your back. You can get a delicious dinner like this Banquet Mega Bowls Buffalo-Style Chicken Mac ‘N Cheese Frozen Dinner and one of the best frozen pot pie options of all time from Banquet. These are savory, filling, and easy to make. Add them to your Dollar Tree grocery list if you want to be satiated.

  • Oh yes Dollar Tree is definitely my go to place for food, snacks, household items and much more! They literally have something for everyone and everything! The frozen section is my go to always. They have the Jimmy Dean Sausage biscuits which are delicious, I also love the Jimmy Dean pancake and sausage. The hot pockets are always a mindful delight, the Jamaican beef patties and chicken patties are packed with flavor. I’ve also been a fan of the egg rolls many years there. They use to have the bottles of martinelli juice but over inflation times this item I haven’t been seeing anymore. I can literally go here and buy everything I need for a awesome taco 🌮 night! Down to rice, nachos, queso cheese, shredded cheese, black beans, sour cream, tortillas and salsa! You can always make a killer soup or stew from here and the best seasoning in the low market Sazon. You can get a 6 pack for $1.25. One packet easily compliments one meal well. I can keep going and raving about products I’ve been buying from dollar tree over and over but I think I’ve said enough! I have noticed they’ve added a $3, $4 & $5 price tag to alot of items so be careful. The extra .25 on the $1 will already hit your pockets. Also all of the foods in the frozen section are a hit 🎯 in my household but be mindful as well they are all filled highly with sodium!
